I was charged twice for one product

I was charged twice for one product. Ordered it online and paid and then at the store when I went to pick it up the following day, I was told I had not paid for it so I was charged a second time. Tried calling and contacting multiple times but this company does not pick up or respond. Do not recommend

RACKET IS MISSING, POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I bought a $170 racket (with shipping protection) and the order never arrived even though it said delivered. I tried contacting them multiple times about this (by calling them, filling out the contact form on the website, emailing them, whatsapp message) but no response. They took my money, did not send me the racket and then ghosted me.

Bad experience

Bad experience. They sent me the wrong size and after several contacts by email to make the return you still haven't answered me after 1 week.

Nonexistent customer service

Bought a pair of padel shoes, and everything was going great because they arrived super quick and efficiently. But then after that, everything just went way worse. The shoes are a little big so I wanted to return them. At the moment I have contacted them by email, phone, whatsapp message and call and I have received no answer in any of the channels. It's enough that you have to take care of the returns and pay for it by yourself even if there's no way to know a size online, but at least they need to have a better customer service. As of today, still have the shoes and no answer from them
