I bought a padel racket two months ago in this store. I would like to clarify that I am an experienced player, I have been playing in Spain for years, I work in the padel industry and I understand about rackets. I bought it on April 2, that same day, 5 minutes after buying it, I entered the court, I was warming up and touched my partner's racket, it was literally a touch, his racket had absolutely nothing, not even a paint chip, not a mark, nothing, mine on the contrary, was broken. As I said before, I have experience, I have played with this same racket before, and I know that the only reason why this can happen is due to failure of the racket or it having been stored in poor conditions. Whatever the reason, the rackets are made to be scratched, they are made of carbon and the frames are robust, mine broke in the frame with a simple touch. Obviously these people have washed their hands saying that they did not cover me with the guarantee, I was honest and told them that there had been a touch, but that in no way was it a reason for the breakage, but instead of responding, they took two months to tell me that they were not taking care of it. For nothing in the world do I recommend people buy here, it is evident that they do not know how to take care of the material, they have defective material, or I don't know, but then they wash their hands.

Unfortunately 3 cans were damaged

Compramos una paleta que no llegó la fecha indicada. Nos costó comunicarnos con la empresa, el whatsapp no lo leyeron, las llamadas no las atendían. Después de unos días nos contestaron que UPS había extraviado el producto pero nunca tuvimos el número de seguimiento para poder saber. En la app de shop solo decia que la orden estaba tramitada sin ningún dato más de seguimiento como aparecen en todos los casos que he comprado en la app de shop. Después de reclamar varios días, nos enviaron la paleta por un UBER. Recibir, la hemos recibido pero es bastante pobre el servicio de atención al cliente, ya que no atienden telefono, no contestan el whatsapp que tienen en la página y logré contactarlos por instagram y la mensajaría de shop al tiempo. Aclaro que tengo el producto, pero no en la fecha que se pactó, con el peligro que me regresaba a mi país y podía perder la compra. Si bien me atendieron luego por mensajerái cortesmente, los tiempos no fueron establecidos.

Fueron un 100 en todo!!! Excelente servicio , y la atencion al cliente un 100 tambien!!

I received a gift card with a qr code and 16- digit code, but it had no name of the store.
QR code just displayed a link to “how to redeem a gift card on Shop”.
Took me a while to figure out . Gift card should have a clear name of the store imho.

I ordered a padel online, tried to reach out to the company using all available channels (phone, chat, support email) to get updates on the delivery without success. After a few days I just received a refund with no explanation.
