Excellent service from start to finish, rapid delivery and first-class product. I initially tried to order through the manufacturer and they failed miserably. Wish I had come here first and not wasted my time and money with the big companies who don’t care.

Almost no communication
Almost no communication, and lack of response. I literally e-mailed twice, and tried calling less than an hour after I placed my order to change the shoe size. It took 3 days to hear back from anyone. btw, It said they would deliver yesterday and I still haven't seen them. Now its changed to 3 days late. Just getting into Padel and I was hoping to find a reputable place to buy gear. Highly doubt I'll be buying from you again.

Rising modality
only physical retailer accessible to me.
Pricing is high but good selection of padels. Brand needs brick & mortar not a kiosk in the mall for a greater selection of footwear sizing, seating to try out shoes, shelving to separate brand product models. Sales person was knowledgeable, personable.

good racket, already came apart
I really like the racket so far! It has good power without compromising in control.
The issue is that the central plastic part came off while playing my 7th game this week and the racket is still new.

They sent me a pickle ball grip instead of a tennis grip. I wrote back and they said I had opened it and wouldn't let me return it. It doesn't say what it is anyplace. I looked on the tennis racket pg. and assumed it was for tennis and it wasn't. It was in perfect condition. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

there was just one pair that in my size that i didnt like so much but i had to buy them because i had a padel match the next day.

Great product, need customer service phone number!
Product was great, exactly as described, came with a nice string bag. Only downside was shipping, paid for expedited and was delivered one week later (there was a holiday Monday in there to be fair), but no one available to talk to on phone. (Ships from Miami and I live in Boca Raton, about 60 miles).
