DO NOT BUY!

I received a MacBook case with a misaligned logo and the company refused to send me a new one or refund me. I was sent 3 emails where I was offered a $9 refund instead then ignored.

Waste of money, I now have a useless case.

Trying to return one of the two cases I bought. Emailed as suggested but the just gave me the delivery dates.

Nice case but the mag safe phones will not work with this case and thy could of used an anti slip material

Case quality is better than I expected but the apple logo is not centered to the point it’s noticeable as soon as you open the box.

As pictured but not protective if you are one to constantly drop phone.
Had a slight issue with delivery but contacted customer service who provided me with the delivery service customer phone number and I was able to sort.

I have been using your phone cases for a few years, so far so good and I return each time! cute designs too

I ordered a case from this company after seeing their promotion on Instagram. It looked stunning in the photos, but when it arrived, the quality was far from what was advertised. The case was poorly made, and the Apple logo, which was a key feature, fell off after just a couple of days.

When I contacted them to request a return, they initially suggested I choose a different case. However, when I did, they insisted I pay the price difference. At that point, I asked for a refund instead, as I didn’t want to pay extra for their subpar product. Since then, they’ve completely ignored my emails.

The product quality is terrible, the customer service is even worse, and this company feels like a scam. Avoid at all costs.

I have ordered couple of cases from the website, it has been almost a month but there has been no signs of getting the ordered delivered, even after multiple emails requesting the status I haven’t got any response from the company. To me it looks like a fraud company. Never going to purchase again.

I bought a phone case, i m in france et the post office tells i won t receive the phone case if i don t pay the taxe to enter in france (10€)! I don t want to pay any taxe, i paid the phone case and the transport, i don t have to pay the taxe. I waites for my phone case during 1 month!!

I’m trying to returns it because I don’t like the quality I just receive them 3 days ago and it does not have the instruccións to send it back .

Case began to crack from normal wear and tear 6 months after owning it. The plastic between the edge of the case and the lens whole for the iPhone 15 Pro is thin and weak.

Seeing there was a 1 year warranty on the case for defective materials, I went to ask for a replacement only to be told I had to pay $19 because it was clearly a user error issue. Shouldn't a case be able to withstand being taken off????

I kept asking what counted as a quality issue if taking the case off and it wearing down didn't count. I just kept getting told that it was a me issue and couldn't be replaced unless I paid $18. The price for a replacement went down a dollar.

I kept asking for clarification on terms and then it dropped down to $15 with the same, this is a you issue. Just going to take the loss and report to the Better Business Bureau of Canada.

Avoid buying cases here. Don't have a warranty if you're not gonna honor it and if you're gonna lie about it not applying, at least come up with a better lie when explaining the terms. Awful company.

Don’t waste your money on their cases. Mine arrived broken and the buttons are so tough to click. Emailed them about this weeks ago but no response to date. Waste of money and time.

I've purchased two cases, Ice Flow Pro and Minimalism Elite (orange). Ice Flow Pro is actually very slim yet offers minimal protection. I liked it anyway because the design is cool.
However, the Minimalism Elite case's design and quality control are questionable. It didn't fit my iPhone 15 Pro as the sides have gaps in between. It's like I'm using an iPhone 14 Pro case. After telling the CS, they sent me a new one, which I appreciated. Unluckily, the second one has the same problem. I wanted to return them, but they asked me to keep them instead.
SO, THINK TWICE BEFORE PURCHASING CASE FROM THIS BRAND.

Purchased a Minimalist Vista (Orange & Black) loved the color way. Enjoyed the case for the few days I had with it. When going to install a screen protector on my phone, I went to remove the case & the top portion easily snapped in half. Figured I’d reach out to possibly get a replacement after they requested pictures & I sent multiple pictures. Instead on 9/21/2023 they replied & sent me a link to purchase Another case while they come up with a disposition of this matter. Respectfully I mentioned how I’d rather just wait for a disposition v.s spending more money and possibly having the same thing happen again. Truthfully the case snapped in half and I feel I deserve to get a replacement for free. After a back and forth everyday with this company since 9/21/2023 yesterday 10/3/2023 they finally emailed me back just to offer a replacement but I had select options. I’ve searched this website, I’ve done my research & the case I purchased is obviously the case I like. Why send a link to receive phone cases that I obviously have no interest in. Respectfully I’d choose another company to do business with & a better quality phone case that’s more durable & to your liking.

Caution ! I ordered this case and was shocked by the poor quality. customer service insisted the quality was good. My requests for returns were simply ignored. I will never order from the shop again!

Bummer. My first case got lost in the mail and I had to jump through hoops to get it replaced. I don’t think it has very much protection for drops at all and the kicker is: my charger does not fit in the port with case on.

Sorry but this is just a trash. I ordered case for my iphone and airpod pro but iphone case is not easy to click the buttons and airpods case’s top is always loose and it is does not look same as the picture. It takes a long to deliver and i think it is just 3$ product and they are selling it for 30$. Not recommended.

Horrible experience! I ordered two cases falling for the social ads of design, high quality and fast shipping. I received them after almost a month and also had to pay extra postal fees and taxes because of a missing declaration form. Products come from China, quality is mediocre and definitely don’t worth the price I paid, at the end - Same-ish covers on Amazon would cost half the price and would be delivered the next day, be aware!

I ordered a case for my cell phone and AirPods. It was suppose to arrive in 3-5 days but didn’t even get shipped by then. I emailed several times to cancel. Then the phone case was a 14 Pro and not a 14 Pro Max. I’ve again tried to cancel for a refund but they want me to pay more money for a case that works.
