Do your research that all I’m saying beware system glitch as they call it down valued my gold at 2k then was increased to £3500 by a manager for clarification so make sure you know the price for what your selling and what your prepared to accept. Take to a Pawn shop first then check again online. 20%is unreasonable.
If you’re not happy don’t sell there’s plenty of buyers out there. This is a true and honest reflection of my experience. No question
