Cash & Carry Kitchens Avis 

While we're happy with the quality of our new kitchen, the after-sale service left a bitter taste.

When the couriers (Gowan Home) didn't take our old large appliances after delivering the new ones, we were left with our fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher taking up space in the apartment for three weeks. We were initially told by Cash & Carry that they "should've been outside ready for collection". We weren't told this prior to delivery, nor did the lads delivering say that they couldn't take the old stuff while they were here. Also, we live on the first floor with no access to a trolley.

The time we were stuck with these old appliances was beyond the 15 days that WEEE regulations allow for a retailer to collect them, so Cash & Carry were also in breach of these environmental laws. The Sandyford representative we were dealing with didn't know about these regulations and fobbed us off with lies about the couriers trying to ring us on day 13 but not getting through (We have written proof that this was untrue).

An incredibly frustrating and stressful experience, and we were left with the sense that the company only cared about us until we gave them our money. A general air of "well it's not our problem". Wouldn't recommend.

Our whole experience with cash and carry kitchens was brilliant from the minute we walked into the showroom. Aaron was great to deal with he helped us design our dream kitchen, from planning, designing and installation everything went amazing and we are truly thrilled with it. thank you also to Daniele who kept intouch to keep us upto date and to peter who was a gentleman when he was here putting it altogether. Kitchen design service was very good. However it was a big mistake agreeing to their recommendations about the dishwasher, cooker hob and fridge/freezer appliances. They all gave trouble within 1/2 years. Our previous appliances had no problems for over 20 years. Also, when I inquired about the warranty I was told it was 2 years. When I challenged that it turns out it was 3 years. So, my advice is purchase your own appliances. Plus the after service was awful. That’s my experience.

We had a consultation with Kevin O'Toole in Cash & Carry in Naas County Kildare. He was optimistic and extremely knowledgeable about everything. Feel slightly guilty for not choosing cash and carry with how helpful he was but we got a cheaper quote and the kitchen colour we wanted elsewhere . If you are looking for an expert in Kitchens Kevin O'Toole is the man to go to.

If your looking for a professional kitchen company offering top class products & service look no further than Cash & Carry Kitchens Limerick . Sarah Cusack was extremely helpful and patient offering wonderful solutions for my compact kitchen . Every aspect from the initial design consultation to the kitchen fit was handled so seamlessly . I was contacted both by email and a courtesy call several weeks in advance of the fit and informed of the kitchen delivery which was bang on time and the delivery chap Mick reached out beforehand to arrange the delivery of the kitchen . I have to give special mention to Daniel the kitchen fitter who went above and beyond and did an excellent job fitting our kitchen. He was very pleasant and nothing was too big of a problem . We are totally in love with our kitchen and want to thank the whole team in Cash & Carry for making our experience so amazing !

Brilliant service

We had a fantastic experience dealing with Dan in the Cash & Carry Kitchens showroom in Farranfore. We first made an enquiry over 18 months ago and from the moment we confirmed our order, Dan's communication and customer service have been excellent throughout the entire process.

We absolutely love the design of our kitchen based on the plans and can't wait to see the finished result. If we had chosen a fully bespoke kitchen, I am sure it would have cost at least twice what we are paying, so we feel we have received exceptional value without compromising on quality or style.

I would highly recommend Cash & Carry Kitchens and if you are visiting the Farranfore showroom, be sure to ask for Dan – he is fantastic!

My wife and I went into the Farranfore location, where we originally bought our kitchen to enquire about a few worn casters on a cabinet. Dan Kelly assisted us and provided new casters to us as well as helping us with a new know for another cabinet. He went over and above yo make sure we were happy.

Over 3 years..ZERO response...4 weeks ago the brand new oven and hob stopped working..4 weeks and 5 phonecalls later and 5 empty promises to send out an electrician..Zero happening ..new baby in the house and resorting to an air fryer for all cooking ....called this morning at 11am and asked to speak to someone in charge and got attitude..was told NOBODY is in charge here ....MAYBE THAT'S THE PROBLEM.....I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CASH AND CARRY KITCHENS

I got my kitchen which was very small. The cost was very expensive. Sink with one unit. I also had tow small units fitted with two tracks to hold small item as in Washing up liquid ect. I also got my washing machine with a counter top and my dryer with two sides and a counter top. Unfortunely no Plumber was arranged. I was advised that I didn't have to do anything. So basically I had to call to arrange the connection of my sink. The person I was dealing with made no effort to sort out the problem telling me it was my fault. I was going to arrange the a plumber. He could not accept his responsibility to his mistake. In future I suggest if you are going to use Cash & Carry make sure you have it in writing that you want a plumber to connect the water works to the appliances. It was not a nice experience. I would suggest to get lots of quotations before deciding on using.
Also you must pay the plumber directly on the day that the appliances are installed.

Our new kitchen has just recently been completed and words fail us how pleased we are with everything (Quality design delivery and even The way it was packed for delivery) from day 1, when we met kitchen designer, Philip O Donovan, in the Tramore Road right from the off and through to full completion. Philip was brilliant in every way possible. He was extremely patient and went through everything with us before we finalised our new kitchen and utility layouts. Philip has an in-depth knowledge of kitchen design and nothing is a problem to him. He recommends and advises on what he considers best to suit a layout but never forced his opinion on us. Once we agreed the layout, delivery and installation was completed exactly as per the agreed fitting schedule.
Philip assigned Ian Kelly (kelly Creative Design)for the fitting and again nothing was a problem.
