I was only allowed to upload 1 receipt per 48 hrs or so. Even looking, I couldn’t find this limitation written anywhere except when trying to upload the next receipt. And since I have no idea what will come back per receipt, I’d be paying 2 months subscription just to wait and see if any rebates actually worked.

Receipts are currently limited to one submission every 48 hours as one of the safeguards we use to help prevent fraudulent or duplicate claims and keep the cashback program fair for all members. This limitation is also outlined in our Terms of Service.
We also understand that waiting 30 days for your initial cashback can feel like a long time. This review period allows us to verify the activity and make sure everything is in order before the funds become available. Once the 30-day period is complete and the claim has been verified, your cashback will become available for redemption.

I got a email stating if I wanted 20 dollars for doing a survey and not 20 a month for something I never would use or pay 20 a month thats not really anything! 3 months then seen it coming out ...... I want to change my review and customer service was the best! And really looked into my account and seen I dudn't even get the 20 for the survey and you guy's did it fast! Thank you very much!🙏

Horrible deceptive scam
I dont know where this transaction came from and why it is a subscription if I never signed up for anything like this. I got a 20 dollar charge from this last month and I did not think it was actually going to take my money. DO NOT sign up for any sort of cashback programs like this one they are scummy and pray they get lost within your bank transactions so they keep draining your wallet in secret. If you do have any charges from these folks, CALL YOUR BANK and tell them how this is a deceptive subscription based "service" and that you want to cancel your card, do not let this greedy corporation take your hard earned money.

Fraudulent, Scam and Deceptive website
CashbackNow uses highly deceptive checkout popups to trick you into a $20 monthly subscription. As a tourist traveling internationally, this caused me a massive headache, financially stressed and made me feel unsafe. When I discovered the unauthorized charge and demanded a refund, they canceled the membership and did not return my money ($20 membership fee auto charged on my card), completely ignoring my follow-up emails. They prey on people hoping they won't notice the recurring fees. Avoid this predatory company at all costs—I have already reported them to my bank and the FTC! I would urge other users to do the same, as I see similar reviews and people getting tricked into this fraud.
In response to the below comment from cashback now, there is no confusion about the status of the refund, they have processed ONLY $1 and not the actual amount of $20, stop lying and deceiving people. Your support team has not responded to any of my emails since 7th September.

They did everything wrong. First of all, I only joined because I “won” $20 cashback after making a purchase. Nowhere in the signup process was it disclosed that there would be a $20/month membership fee. After the first time they charged me it (yes, FIRST) I emailed them asking them to refund me and cancel my subscription, as it would not let me on the website (matter fact, the website said I didn’t even have an active subscription). They sent me an automated reply saying they’d get back to me. This was August. It’s been a month. They never got back to me. But I got my $20 back which is nice. Well fast forward to this month, they just charged me $20 again and it still says I don’t have an active subscription! I called their customer service asking to cancel, an AI answered but it said it would cancel it for me and refund it. This was just a mess though. Why doesn’t the FTC just shut them down already.

I sent an email to update my email on account for payout and never received an email from support. I finally called today to get it updated which I still couldn’t speak to someone and was prompted to leave a message for someone to get back to me. However, instead of someone getting back to me they cancelled my subscription and refunded the $20 that was taken out of my account. I don’t know if this is a legitimate company, it seems kind of shady.
