Cash Cowboy is a complete joke. They don't have any means of communication, they don't respond back to any emails no matter how many times you send them. They have a phone number you can call with an automated system that gives you options to choose from but when you choose to talk to them you press zero and then it says invalid option goodbye! This business in my opinion is complete scam. There very inconsistent, unreliable and as for a loyal customers that have been with them for years they decline your applications. With no explanation or communication. Bad business practice in my opinion. I will take my business elsewhere and I highly recommend everyone to not use the service.

Just ignorant people who love to harass unsuspecting people.

I received a loan with Cashcowboy and was emailed two days before the due date to send a transfer by 2pm the due date. I emailed to say I would send the payment by 4pm and received no reply. The next day I received two more emails from Cashcowboy to pay the loan by the due date and again I responded with the fact I would pay and what time I would send the transfer. I sent the transfer and it was received by Cashcowboy, however 2 hours later the company debited my bank account for the same amount I already transferred. I emailed screen shots as proof they took a payment without my authorization and no reply. I called and no one answers, leave a message and no one calls back. I emailed several more times asking for the extra payment returned and zero replies. I called two days in a row and finally some kid answers the phone and gives a made up story they won’t transfer the money back for two weeks. I ask to speak to a supervisor and the supervisor is unavailable and call back in 15 minutes. No surprise when I called back no one answers so I leave another voicemail and no one calls back. Absolutely the worst customer service of any business. The worst communication by any loan company. Do NOT use Cashcowboy

Declined all the time long wait times for responses

I have been a customer of CashCowPro for many years, but suddenly in August 2023, the software stopped working. I have emailed three different addresses and none of my emails have been opened or responded to. I paid in advance for this service, it doesn't work, they don't answer any messages for weeks. I consider it a dead company, DO NOT signup or pay for this service.

CASHCOWBOY DOES NOT RETURN EMAILS OR ANSWER PHONE CALLS..IF SOME ONE DOES ANSWER THEY TELL YOU THEY CAN NOT HELP BECAUSE IT IS NOT THERE DEPARTMENT..THEY ALSO CAN NOT FORWORD YOU TO ANY OTHER DEPARTMENT.MOST TIMES YOU CALL IN YOU GET A LIST OF USELESS OPTIONS WHICH TELL YOU NOTHING.ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY I CAN NOT RELOAN AFTER PAYING OFF MY LOAN
