Before christmas , my sister and I went in, she had one bin bag of clothes , the girl gave her £6, I had 5 bin bags of clothes, she handed me £6 too, I said that obviously that wasnt correct, Its not possible for one bag of clothes to weigh the same as 5 bags, she kept saying she didnt understand as her English wasnt good, I took my 5 bags back and went elsewhere.

Very friendly staff at Cash 4 clothes Gateshead.

Delivered clothes off yesterday at the Gateshead shop and got 15 pounds for clothes, Justina was very helpful and polite, will be taking more clothes in the coming weeks.

took 7 bags full of clothes all new to cash for clothes swindon staff was rude and just becouse some had 2 hairs on he wouldnt take it bloody stupid, and he wouldnt take any brand new socks still had tags on them wont be going back 41kg and got £16 and nearly all clothes was new.

Took 12 large bags of almost new clothes and got 11 back and £6.70 these almost new so not sure what they want don't waste your time

CASH FOR CLOTHES IN CREWE- shop is never open as it says it is online. No one ever picks up the phone.
I arranged a collection date and time were confirmed and no one turned up and when I called/txt to find out what was going on I received no response. Very rude and unprofessional.

Unfortunately I have had no response from the Bury St Edmunds branch of this company. I have had 6 bags of clothes sitting ready, I have now booked two appointments for collection, neither were confirmed and I have emailed twice to say whats happened?
There seems to be no one at home... guess the clothes will have to go to a charity shop 🙈

My experience was delightful because of the friendliest Greek lady that served me called Zoe. She explained the philosophy of the company, explained the process and cheered up my day no end. I exchanged 10k of clothes for £5.00. highly recommend if you are in Hertford. Thanks Zoe I will be back : )

If people are coming to your house to buy your clothes and they are very rude I would chase them and donate my clothes to Salvation Army, which I have done many times.

Worth its weight in Hertford. This is the first time I used this service and Zoe was fantastic, she went through the process explaining the rules. Zoe was polite and very engaging throughout my visit. Will definitely use this service again.
