Company lost my silver. Said they never received it even though it was signed for. Anytime I asked for assistance they said they’d get back to me and never would unless I reached back out first. Had to file a claim, payment was much less than what the contents were worth. They asked how I wanted to receive payment, I responded immediately and they said they’d already sent a check and to change it would be too much work. They sent via FedEx. FedEx then delivered the check to the wrong house. I will never use this company again.

Me and my wife sent in almost a oz of gold and a diamond bracelet witch they claim to buy diamonds. They offer 800$ we said no then it jumped to 2200 witch we shouldn't had took but we did. Got the check and it's no good. No one will cash it no matter where you go they say it's no good. So been trying to get ahold of them as we have the pics of what we sent along with a pic of the weight sent to them witch was right at 30gram we will see what happens and will give a update. I really hope I don't half to drive to there place because come next week I will be driving to get my things back I will not expect anything less. If check would been good we would have ate the rest but y'all have straight doing wrong.

Update they ended up paying us through PayPal so that being said they didn't rip us off. So they may not gave us as much as could have got but they fixed our problem and good customer service at the end of the day
