I have been a customer for 8 years with over 50 five star reviews. Someone posted a GA Phish Ticket at Dicks Sporting Good and in the comments he wrote it's a parking ticket. CoT said it's my fault that I didn't read his comment even though the ticket said Saturday 9/5 Dicks Sporting Goods Park GA VENUE. Last time I checked you can't park a car in the venue. Then the person that listed it said he intentionally scammed me became he was scammed and suggested that I relist the ticket and scam someone else.

I have never in my life experienced such horrible customer service. I will never use CoT ever again and I will tell everyone I know as often as I can that they shouldn't either.

Best in class support team with real people who are responsive. Glad to have the experience of buying and selling concert tickets with real fans who support keeping tickets at face value.

I was able to sell my tickets for FloydFest last minute and I got me full ticket price back. Transaction was easy, and got my money within a few days!

Used it when visiting Miami. Has its quirks but definitely trust worthy

I've used CoT over 100 times at this point to buy, sell, and trade, most recently for the Phish shows at Madison Square Garden this past weekend. We got great seats for the 2-day passes on CoT for below face value and ended up sitting next to the seller both nights and becoming friends. That's what it's all about. You don't get that on any other re-sale platform. I've also gotten and given "miracle" tickets before. That means free for those not well-versed in the Deadhead lexicon... F scalpers. CashorTrade all the way.

Never had an issue buying or selling on CashorTrade. It offers a lot of tools other ticketing sites don't, and more features to score last minute tickets.

I never received my ticket, never acknowledged receiving my ticket, as they advised, yet the charged me anyway. when I challenged the charge, they added a $25.00 on top of the original charge, threatened me, refused to accept any further correspondence via email, closed my case, and banned me from ever using their services again. Never have I been treated so poorly, especially when they were at fault. If I had the option to leave negative stars in this review, I certainly would!

Ticket wurde an Käufer übertragen, jedoch muss der Erhalt von Käufer in der App bestätigt werden. Obwohl Käufer in Chat mitteilt, dass er die Tickets hat und nachweislich 2 Versionen der Tickets übermittelt wurden, zählt dies nicht als Ticket zugestellt. Der Support sieht auch keine Möglichkeit dies zu ändern. Somit wurden tickets verkauft aber kein Geld erhalten da Käufer den Erhalt nicht bestätigt. Zudem erhält man ständig unterschiedliche Auskünfte von Support.

Run from these guys. They suck badly. I used them to try to score a ticket for my elderly friend who barely uses a cell phone this flips open to a soldout festival. Because i know better i made him use his debit card. Well we got a notification that my account had been flagged for fraud with the different name on account vs debit card info. So an admin tells me he has to start his own account and that i cannot help him by using my account. So i let it go, then they allow one of the various bids i made for him to go through, charged him and they sent the tickets to an address he wasn't at. Cash or Trade disregarded their own admins communication to me and deactivated my account because of their own incompetence. They obviously lost that dispute. The worst thing is that these snakes deleted the admin dialogue to prevent it from being used against them. It was all in writing and i made screenshots before that shady BS they pulled.
