Rude and unprofessional. How do you issue a check without signing it???
Okay so the front desk lady was nice and kind to us but the main manager was snobby and rude. Took forever for their printer to print out the papers and the lady that was helping us seemed annoyed with everyone.. finally after about an hr and half i was approved for a loan. I walked out to the lobby afterwards and while all the ladies were sitting in one of the rooms chatting away writing up my check they forgot to sign the check so i could cash it. Not very professional if you ask me. Once my loan is done here we wont be going back!

Online service great, in person customer service not so much...
The online portal for Cash Time was excellent, however when picking up my check at your Dysart location the customer service agent at the window was not very pleasant and I waited 35 minutes to get my check and then they were not able to cash it for me. If I have to use your service again I would probably do direct deposit so I don’t have to deal with the people at this location.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences
I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this company and reason being I went back to get my second loan and always had great service. And then I also had a very quick turn out on my payments being paid because most of the money goes towards my payment not just to them so it was awesome Jesus was awesome and helped very much and stayed after hours which he is not paid for and still helped us without looking like he wanted to rush us out of there LOL. All I can say is great job to you guys thank you

Horrible customer service
The person that helped me with my online application was amazing at the 67th and Indian school location I had issues with the online application so told me to go to my nearest store the person I dealt with on Bell rd ,I came in for assistance and fast service she was on her phone the entire time that she had me in her office because they were closing within a hour refused to help assist me process my documents told me to take a picture of documents that was required and gave me a number told me to send them To person on 67th n Indian school when I came in to her location for assistance and told me I could sit in the halls by myself for a hour nothing was done &made me come back the next day! Took 3 days of back n fwd before I was able to get 200$.....I always get loans and ALWAYS pay them back as fast as I get them , I didn’t deserve this treatment and this is probably my last interaction with Cash time!

You only give loan to people with…
You only give loan to people with perfect credit score and high income.
Especially good credit score. Your place is a gimick don't bother unless you got a over 680 credit score.
