It was pretty simple 2 obtain a loan w/CashTime. I like that there is a set amt 2 pay back each month & that it's done automatic, therefore it doesn't take long 2 pay off.

They did really help when I needed a lift. Thank you very much.

The front desk is the only good customer service.
The young man assisting us didn’t want to assist us. He lied and said my husband already had an account and tried to antagonize us.
He would not call another department to find out my previous account was in good standing. He was rude and racist. He basically tried to discourage us the moment he came to the counter and coldly stated I will be the one assisting you.
So many Unnecessary questions such as “Why are you two applying together?” We looked at each other and back at him and said, because we handle everything joint together. Worst experience from a business ever. We tried to give 67th and Indianschool Rd the benefit of the doubt. I could write a book of all of the wrongs that occurred.

Cash time is actually really good and easy to get a hold of if you have questions. They are fast and tell you everything up front. It's never a good idea to get a loan but if you are in need and have to get one, Cash time is the way to go.

even as it took almost an hour for approval I was satisfied by the professionalism of staff getting my loan taken care of.
