I didn't really have an issue with 888, they can be fair as long as you only play once in a while. The issue I had is that too many times after getting free spins, the game would then be unplayable once they were completed, and you would be stuck in a loop every time you returned to the game getting the spins completed/expired message.
And that's where the real issues arose. As others have mentioned, their customer service is pretty much non existent, there were times when they pasted responses completely unrelated to my issue, and then simply stopped responding when I pushed back. The final straw was today, when I uploaded screenshots showing the error, but the 'support' guy took it at face value and said my spins had expired, refused to listen to my explanation of what was wrong, had the cheek to zoom in on the expired message, and then ended the chat. So I'm done with them now, they don't have a clue what they're doing. If I can find a way to complain, I will, but I don't think I'll make it past the gatekeeping cs agents.

I do not own a bank account because I suffer with mental health issues and my partner has control of my funds but they expected me to withdraw with a bank account in my name. After I corresponded with Thier staff they tried to say I have a gambling problem because of mental health which I argued against as again my money goes through my partner's bank. Long story short after gaining a meager 30 pounds they have blocked my account and gave me no option to withdraw. THIS COMPANY IS CRIMINAL and I will take this further.
