I won at casino click on April 27th and…

I won at casino click on April 27th and have been trying to redeem ever since. It took 2 and a half days for KYC and the rest of the time I have been waiting for my redemption request to be approved. It's the 4th at 9pm and still my request has not been approved. Even after approval they say it will take another 72 hrs to hit my account. That's a Bitcoin withdrawal. If I wanted it to my bank account they actually said it would take 10 days after approval to hit my bank!!!! Customer service is short and really bordering on outright rudeness. It's very clear this casino will do just about anything to not have to pay in a timely manner. I only won $100. It should be quick and painless, but it's the exact opposite. I love the platform. They have great games, but I doubt I'll ever play there again because this is absolutely ridiculous. I'm beginning to wonder if they are going to pay me at all. I'm going to rate this casino with 1 star. If they ever happen to pay me I will come back and update.

You cannot win on this website it is absolutely awful there customer service is okay but as far as winning it's impossible and if you do win by chance that one in a million times it takes him about 6 weeks to pay you whether you use crypto or credit card doesn't matter they want you to spend it back before they pay you that's their move

You can’t get verified

You can’t get verified. I sent my drivers license 5 times and still not verified. I lost plenty of money and can’t seem to win anything. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I understand losing is a part of gambling, but to blatantly cheat your customers is absurd. Without the customer you have no business at all.

Do NOT play at this casino. I’ve played at 100’s of other online casinos this one by far is a total scam. They use KYC and want your routing number and account number (don’t matter if you want to redeem with crypto they still want it) your bank don’t issue bank statements with both on there. Payout is slow, if ever, it’s a waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Go play at a real casino like Shuffle.us or Stake.us Casino.click is a joke and scam. I hate you Leah. Scammers. Never payout timely

Never payout timely, takes even longer than they say it will. This is my third payout request. Submitted morning of April 4. They said scheduled for approval by end of April 8. It's April 10, and status of payout request is still "pending." They say sorry they know it's already exceeded the maximum length of time in which they approve payouts, but claim they're so busy with so many payouts they will get to it when they can. BS. Same thing previous two times I had payouts. Avoid unless you're okay with winning and not seeing that money for about 2 weeks.

Actually a Scam

Update: After taking almost 2 full weeks to get verified. I am now at the redmeption process. I chose the fasted method to redeem for obvious reasons. None of the redemption methods specify business days in their time frame. Plenty of social casinos process payments on weekends. After speaking with support, the redeem timeline does not include weekends OR the day you redeem your balance. Why? They couldnt give me an answer. There's no reason for all of these delays as there are quite literally 15 people using this entire website. There's no reason anything from them should take more than 24 hours. Support just parrots the same copy paste response over and over again. "Nothing we can do. None of our timelines make sense. Deal with it."

This site is actually a scam. Every other social casino has a verification process that takes minutes. So why is this one the exception? They have no problem letting you spend money without being verified, but when it comes to redeeming there's a million hoops to jump through. Stay FAR away from this site.
