Another XP scam casino

I have played on a lot of so called casino sites. This site by far is the biggest scammer of them all. You will be lucky to ever double a deposit. Just another BS site that ties all wins to your XP level and is the greediest i have encountered.

Hit a 115$ win and it didn’t pay out. Showed them the game history on their site and they say they don’t see it on their end. Won’t pay the win out. What a scam site. Won’t be playing here ever again. Many better option out there. Don’t pend your money here.

Spun in a bonus on 0.80 spins game froze on the bonus refreshed page and the bonus disappeared contacted them on the 13th of January it’s now the 24th they are ignoring me constantly replying with generic transcripts. Would avoid this fraudulent site at all costs. Nothing but bad things from my experiences.
12 days for a response from the provider isn’t on they shouldn’t let providers that don’t reply to them promote games on there site AVOID AVOID AVOID !!!! Have supplied all the information via email and live chat still being told to wait it’s now 17 days since this error occurred keep getting generic typo response what more can I do I have given you every thing

worst casino ever void my 1150 winning say all the winning burst because of the bonus and the bonus expired from 9 days ago!

SCAM!!!!

Worst casino experience ever. They say in there own rules "no minimum deposit needed" for welcome bonus. But i did not get a bonus and when i contact support they say 20 dollar minimum deposit needed. I sended picture to support about there own rules and they just ignore me, dont add the bonus and blocked me from chat! Stay away from this froud and unserious casino!

bonus not working

Doesn't have responsible gaming tools available, the deposit bonus wasn't working had to contact support to "I will inform technical team regarding this and the bonus will be added as soon as possible."

Couldn't close access to the site trough the customer service

Support lied about not receiving email for account closure when in gmail it was delivered.

Their system works when it wants to work to benefit them the most possible way.

You also mentioned the reason for your closure was the cashback and that there are qualifying factors to receive it, not the deposit bonus.

Absolut joke website . No customer service at all . No live chat . I waggered 2000$ in one week dudnt even get a cashback . Never answering messages . Not even its super hard to win on casinos , on top of that this one is not honnest at all . AVOID AT ALL COST.

Website is designed well and has a good selection overall. The problem is false advertising. Withdrawals are by any means NOT Instant as they write, with the usual scummy 'cancel' button, and support is not anywhere near 24/7 as they write.
I will change this review if I get my money.

The site is like any other crypto…

The site is like any other crypto casino site, but when it come the moment of withdraw… days.. and I am still waiting for my withdrawal, I hope they didn’t scam. When you need to speak with the customer service.. it doesn’t exist the customer service. So actually, if I will receive the withdrawal maybe it could be still ok the site if they improve if not… i will write again review to give you my experience and what happened.

My mess up

I recently wrote a review about this casino that I want to apologize for. I requested a withdrawl that was taking days and never coming out of pending. I actually put the wrong bitcoin wallet address. So I made the mistake myself. I jumped the gun and wrote a negative review. After support emailed me back and told me the problem, I resubmitted the withdrawl, and within minutes I had my money in my bitcoin wallet. Thank you casinopunkz. This casino really is a legit casino. I'll forever be playing here

Good experience

So far, I haven’t had any issues with the platform. An enjoyable experience and they did pay out all of my winnings. It did take some time on the litecoin side but my bitcoin withdrawals were almost immediate. Thanks again guys for paying out I really appreciate it.

1. Support doesn't exist and if they exist there are probably 1 hour per day (I'm talking about LIVE SUPPORT), when they claim 24/7 live support.

Got a hold of support for 15 minutes.

2. They don't reply to live chat support emails.
3. They don't reply to support at casinopunkz.io
4. Withdrawal times are not present on the website.
5. They don't process withdrawals automatically, probably they do it manually, when their support is online (that 1 hour per day.)
6. They do have a cancel button for withdrawal, so be careful that this is the worst thing about a casino!

When they usually have a cancel button for your withdrawal, they are stalling to process your withdrawal as most of the times you will hit CANCEL.

Anyway, my worst experience so far.
