Pongo una estrella porque no se pueden poner cero. Llevo desde el pasado 19 de marzo intentando retirar mi dinero. He enviado toda la documentación por activa y por pasiva, incluyendo el collage de mi Cybertarjeta de CaixaBank con mi nombre y titularidad clara, cumpliendo con todos sus requisitos de seguridad.
A pesar de haber enviado un ultimátum formal mencionando a la DGOJ, sigo recibiendo respuestas automáticas vacías. El soporte por chat (agentes como Teejay) cierra la conversación de forma grosera en cuanto pides explicaciones.
Mi número de caso es el 47904943. Si en las próximas 24 horas no recibo la confirmación de mi retiro, la próxima notificación que recibirán será de la Dirección General de Ordenación del Juego (DGOJ) y del Ministerio de Consumo. No jueguen en este sitio si valoran su dinero y su tiempo.
