To be honest I'm quite happy with the service though I would strongly suggest the idea of having the recipient receive an SMS notifying them about money send to them it's a bit convenient to both the sender and receiver.

Fast service, fantastic promotion and good rates but I wish the explanation regarding the promotion with benefits to the church had been clearer. The fact that one can only redeem the promotion once between Easter 2018 and June 2018 wasn’t explicit in the marketing presentation of the product.

It was terrible
It was terrible. Took me 3 days to get my money after it had been sent. They suddenly had a lot of KYC requirements which should have been mentioned before the money was sent.
It was a very complicated process for me.

Hi Munya, sorry to hear your money was delayed. As a registered remittance business we need to obtain Identity documents and sometimes other due dilligence documents. This is a regulation requirement. Once the documents are submitted you are good to go again. All our transactions are in real time if we do not require KYC information.
We have heard your feedback and we will improve the system and processes regarding KYC requests.
