deceiving information
When I placed the order your website said you had everything in stock. I paid $84. For 2 day shipping. The product arrived 6 days later.
Your team member said they were out of stock and you had to wait to receive product.

Website chat to order fulfillment -- Excellent
Reached out via the website and they were very responsive, did not have to communicate with a robot or someone overseas. He was super helpful is asking questions to make sure I was ordering the correct items for my environment that would last and be ergonomically the best. Order was shipped in a timely manner.
