Spoke to Lindsey who was the fourth person I had spoken to that morning. She was the only legal advisor that gave me truely free detailed advice regarding my choices and what I could do to mitigate my circumstances. With a wealth experience, and her no nonsense but friendly and calm demeanour over the phone; she really helped me through a truly distressing time when I had the potential to be dismissed.
