Although the service itself functioned as expected, I found the business practices to be unfriendly and misleading. I signed up for the Premium plan specifically because the website stated it included 36 TB of bandwidth. What was not made clear is that this number is annualized, meaning the monthly plan only provides 3 TB.

Because of this lack of transparency, I unknowingly exceeded the limit by 6 TB. What made the situation worse is that I received no notification until I was already 6 TB over. Had I been alerted earlier, I would have stopped the service immediately, as the overage pushed the cost far beyond my budget.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend the service. In my opinion, the unclear bandwidth presentation and lack of timely notifications are not business‑friendly practices.

El servicio que ofrecen no es malo sin embargo, tienen muchos aspectos que no te dicen y que luego generan problemas.
Hemos trabajado con ellos durante 3 años colocando nuestros cursos para luego ser visualizados en streaming. Teníamos 2 cuentas con ellos por las que pagábamos un plan de $1200 € cada una de ellas al año.
Recientemente se han puesto en contacto con nosotros para indicarnos que habíamos excedido el espacio de servidores y nos daban un plazo de 3 días para decidir que hacer o irnos o pagar $1.900 ¡mensuales!
No hemos aceptado ese chantaje a pesar de tener muchos cursos con ellos y hemos rechazado el ofrecimiento.
Nos han bloqueado los accesos a las cuentas y además nos han cobrado con cargo a nuestra tarjeta bancaria los $1.900 ¡sin haberlo autorizado!

Castr.io makes our work very easy, fastest and connectivity then affordable, We started having partnership with Castr in 2018 as were looking for an easy way to connect our different channels of Amazing Media Uganda to receive same signal while streaming and also redurce a heavy load in the broadcasting software. Have been recommanded different streaming service platforms but we always Choose Castr for it's User interface which is easy to use.

We use Castr for livestreaming of pro basketball games. We like it for its fair pricing, the possibility to send an SRT stream to Castr, the cloud recording functionality, and the 5 destinations that we can livestream to, while only using bandwidth and processing power once.

With Castr we as a church can stream to multiple platforms, and also we can pre-record and schedule to go live whenever we decided, and if we have any issue we can chat live with an agent and be able to fix or do what we really need in no time. Very good company to work with. We have lot of positives benefits. We really recommend it.

Castr es espectacular!! Yo lo utilizo para emitir por SRT en baja Latencia hasta las plataformas digitales!! No tiene prácticamente delay!! Se puede interactuar con los espectadores sin problemas!! Además Castr es muy pero muy fácil de usar y puedes estar al aire en segundos!! Estoy más que feliz por haberme cambiado a Castr!!
