Fantastic day learning all things grip and traction with Colin. got to understand the underlying causes on car driving dynamics, then to experience them and finally to manipulate them and try and engrain some muscle memory. highly recommend for anyone who is starting and even relatively experienced in track driving

I learned so much from the day's Performance Driving training. I wish I had know about it before.

Absolutely amazing day is how I would describe my experience.
If I'm told to do something then I want to know why I'm doing it, and Steve my instructor, explained what the car is doing or not doing at each literal turn! It was like a light bulb had been turned on by the end of the day on how to drive. I can't believe how much confidence I had gained and how relaxed I became even though I was driving much faster with more control.
This course really is a game changer and if you are are reading this review then you are already interested so book it now!!

I had an incredible day at CAT, and I can’t thank my instructor, Steve, enough. He has a real gift for breaking down the technical side of driving at speed in a way that’s easy to understand and immediately useful. From mastering racing lines to improving braking technique, Steve’s guidance was clear, precise, and confidence-inspiring. I left the day feeling more capable and connected to the car than ever before. Highly recommend!

Well what can I say, I did the Road Level 4 Skid Control & Over Grip Limit Recovery Course, a great day, I learnt a great deal, I specifically enjoyed the way what we did was tailored to my experience and what I wanted to learn more about, it was challenging, I was tired by the end of the day but it was incredible, I now feel confident and safe driving my super car, I enjoyed being pushed (as I requested). I will be going back for more training to improve my driving skills, 12/10 would go back, would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed Track level 3 over grip limit. Lots of useful learning controlling under/over steer that could be a saviour on track. Also Great fun learning to drift the caterham. Note this is a pretty physical course so you are going to be tired by the end of the day 😊

What a fantastic day. A brilliant team of people. The overall content and delivery was second to none, I would recommend this for anyone that owns a performance car and wants to learn how to drive it safely and properly

What a day! The whole CAT team were incredibly welcoming from the start and communication was brilliant. Colin and Steve have a huge amount of knowledge and share it in a very straightforward manner that's easy to understand. Each course tested my skills in a different way, could not recommend more to build your track and road driving abilities.

Absolutely superb. The instructors are simply brilliant. So much knowledge, and they have perfected the method of teaching it. The whole organisation, the friendly staff, the communication, the facilities and the track time, all far exceeded my expectations! I could not fault a single thing. I leant so much and had loads of track time to put what I learnt into practice. If you’re considering booking a driver training course, book this one! It’s fantastic.

Excellent tuition and highly informative. I know my car so much better now and I am much more confident about exploiting its performance safely.

The day was really fun and Colin is a great tutor and the UTAC facilities are amazing!

Highly recommended if you want to get to know your car better or polish your driving skills.

Very welcoming personal approach. Great depth of knowledge and experience to call on. All levels of ability were catered for. I would be very surprised if any attendee came away not learning a lot. It gave me plenty to think about and use on the road on the way home.

Colin and the team are very good. This training is a life changer. Having access to Millbrook is a privelige. Value for money is exceptional. If you knew what you were getting you would not hesitate to part with your hard earned.

Starts - trailbraking - checking and reawakening the ancient ABS on my 1989 328 - timed laps and shooting the breeze about automotive developments - hybrids / electrics and self driving vehicles - all made a very enjoyable further visit to CAT and Colin - highly recommended

Spent the day with colin reviewing and improving my over grip and car dynamics understanding to help me have more confidence in wet races and letting the car slide and having the knowledge to deal with it. What a great day! I wanted to get better at breaking and cornering, and just understanding my car’s limits and this day delivered all those things. Colin is an excellent instructor, and is very good at explaining to you what you can do better. He also takes the time to check that you understand what is happening with the car at any point, and what you can do to change that…

The facility at Millbrook is also a really great set up, with loads of different options and some fantastic roads…

Would highly recommend and I can see myself going back for more!

It was a very exciting, at times a bit scary but always knowing I was in the safe hands of Steve . It was good to be taken outside of my comfort zone to learn new driving techniques and what my car could do.
