This company was great from start to end of the service..best quote received, quick turnaround for survey and professional installation taken with maximum attention to details, perfect work very happy with them!

Our microchip cat flap was fitted yesterday by Cat Out Of Glass and from ordering to installation everything was handled so well. Sarah kept me informed of progress every step of the way and CJ the fitter was brilliant, very polite and really helpful explaining how it works. The whole job was done without any hassle and with the customer in mind the whole way. Great job and I can highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass. Thank you Sarah and CJ.

From the start, the communication was prompt, informative and made me feel like a valued customer. Sarah has a gift for customer relations.
The on-site visits were conducted by CJ as scheduled and with professionalism.
I have nothing negative to say, great company, great people.

Sarah & CJ were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional and stress-free, and the end result is perfect.

The installation was completed to such a high standard and you can really tell they take pride in their work. They were friendly, reliable and clearly very knowledgeable, which made me feel completely confident throughout.

The cat flap itself looks great and works perfectly, and my cats are already very intrigued! It’s made such a difference to our home already.

I honestly couldn’t recommend them more highly – such a brilliant service and lovely people to deal with. Thank you both again!

What an amazing company to deal with from start to finish. Sarah replied to emails very promptly and was very friendly and helpful and updated me regularly from my first enquiry all the way through to after the instillation was finished.

CJ was equally efficient and friendly and was very helpful in informing me about all the information I needed to know on the day of the installation.

I highly recommend them if you want a professional, reliable and reasonably priced company to fit your cat flap.

Thank you so much Sarah and CJ for your professionalism, dedication and hard work and for giving my 'Humpy' the key to the door.

Best wishes,

Roger and Humpy x

Couldn’t be happier with the flap, the work and to top it off CJ is just the friendliest guy you could meet. Thank you so much!

From initial contact, to arranging the date for the glass and catflap to being fitted the communication from Sarah was brilliant.
The guys fitting the glass and catflap were great. They fitted everything quickly and expertly. They left everything tidy and we're very friendly and helpful, explaining how to use the catflap and how to get our cat use to the cat flap. Definitely recommend this company.

Great experience with Cat out of Glass, very quick and communication was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this company.

Great service from start to finish. The quality of the finish on the install is exceptional and CJ left no mess and was a perfect gentleman throughout.

From start to finish Sarah and CJ have been superb in every way from the quote to the lead time, and the fitting from CJ which I must say is impressive to say the least was all completed in super quick time , 8 days from measuring to ordering the glass to completion thank you so much 😊

Cat out of glass is a great company. Everything was five star with Sarah in the office being extremely helpful and friendly. CJ, who installed the flap, was really friendly as well and explained all about how the cat flap worked before he left . We would definitely recommend them.

Excellent friendly and professional service from beginning to end. They were really clear and helpful in terms of advising about the different options at the outset, arrived on time for both the measuring and installation and followed up after to check all OK. I'd highly recommend this company who couldn't have done a better job. My cat is delighted and so am I!

Sarah and CJ make an amazing team! I felt confident in their ability from the moment I made first contact. Sarah is friendly and informative; she kept me informed of what to expect and timescales. CJ popped over to measure up and then to carry out the work—he's incredibly good at what he does and was professional at all times. I'd recommend catoutofglass to anyone. When we eventually move home, I'll be straight back in touch.

Great communication and new glass swiftly fitted!

Was an excellent service from Cat Out Of Glass

Great turnaround, efficient and expert installation and timely and relevant support information.

Great experience with Cat Out Of Glass! Communication from Sarah was always really fast and CJ and his colleague who came to survey/fit the glass were lovely and clearly love cats. From my first enquiry to the work being completed was less than three weeks, everything was supper efficient and clearly communicated. Cannot fault them and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Such a wonderful company to deal with - their customer service is fantastic, which is very rare these days. Had a few questions and queries after the cat flap fitting, which have been dealt with the upmost care and support. Great to know a company is willing to help you after they have your money, which is also very rare. Highly recommend.

Everything was perfect from start to end. Communication throughout the process was excellent and installation was quick, clean and very professional. Highly Recommended

Sarah and CJ were great throughout the whole process - very smooth and great communicators. Would highly recommend them

This company is one of the best I have used. The communication from Sarah was exemplary and CJ the fitter was polite, super fast and left absolutely no mess. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My cats are thrilled with their new cat flap having never used one before they love it. Locking it at night is an absolute bonus. Thank you Cat Out of Glass for your truly outstanding service.
