Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Avis

Highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass. These guys were round to my house to measure the same day I enquired. Then booked in for fitting a few days later. Super efficient, fantastic job putting a flap in my composite door, looks very neat and both Sarah and CJ were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Very speedy response from Sarah with a quotation and suggested date for fitting our new flap. CJ arrived on time and completed the installation smoothly which involved removing the previous 13 year old flap. Will highly recommend Cat Out of Glass to any potential customers. Thank you Sarah and CJ.

What a great and efficient service. Sarah and CJ are both so friendly and helpful.

Sarah's responses to enquiries were very quick and helpful. CJ was friendly and quick fitting our new double glazed door and cat flap. Getting a cat flap in glass is not cheap nowadays but great service and good value for money. Would recommend.

After rehousing our little fluffball, we realised it was a lot harder to make arrangements to let her out. After much research we stumbled across Cat Out Of Glass. We promptly received a quote after sending our measurements. Within 2 weeks our door was measured, glass ordered and fitted. Cat Out Of Glass were nothing short of professional, prompt and polite. We would highly recommend them to anyone who will listen to us!

Brilliant service. Measuring guide was very easy to follow, payment was simple and glass was fitted in less than 20mins into PVC frame and looks great.
Whole service including glass manufacture took less than 2 weeks from enquiry to install.

My experience with Cat out of glass was superb. Sarah was really good and communicated all of the details well, I felt that there was a lot of care considered to make sure everything went smoothly. On the day of the installation CJ was efficient, friendly-faced and had a thorough knowledge of installing. UPDATE: Cat loves the flap! Thankyou!

Excellent from start to finish- I thoroughly recommend this company. We had both internal and external door cat flaps fitted. From my first enquiry I had excellent communication from Sarah, who was efficient and knowledgeable - and CJ who came out to do the site survey and the fitting was fantastic too. Really lovely people and a fabulous job done too. I’m delighted we found Cat out of Glass - as is our cat! Thank you so much

Excellent from start to finish. Sarah and CJ were helpful, responsive and just very nice people. I shopped around and Cat Out of Glass were best for value and fitting time. Highly recommend

Superb communication, so quick and efficient. We changed our mind in the end about having a cat flap through our patio door so cancelled the site survey but I was hugely impressed with the communication from this company.

I can't praise Cat out of glass enough. Sarah was super quick to respond to any of my queries and provided me with all the information I needed to get exactly what I wanted - no hidden costs which were very reasonable. CJ was beyond polite and surprised me at how quick he was able to install my double glazed glass and the cat flap. Look no further, this is the company you should go with!!

This is the only cat flap provider you should consider. Their service is excellent, the team very friendly, and the product is first-class. Our cat went missing not long after we ordered the flap, and Cat Out Of Glass were very generous to wait a few weeks before we went ahead with the installation. They're good people and the installation itself was perfectly smooth, done in about 20 minutes.

Thanks so much Sarah & CJ. Really happy with the speed and ease of getting our cat flap fitted. Thank you for quick responses / great communication & all round excellent service. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend your Company to other cat owners.
