Cat Flap Fitter - Cat Out Of Glass Avis

We urgently needed a cat flap fitted within a small time frame & found Cat Out of Glass via Google. So pleased we stumbled across them! Sarah was very quick to respond to emails & helped us to get the glass ordered & booked in asap. CJ who fitted the cat flap & glass was great & really helpful in finding a quick solution when (thanks to my measuring skills) the glass didn’t fit initially.

Would highly recommend, very professional & helpful & will definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic!!! Sarah & CJ were so friendly, helpful and professional.
CJ came to survey where I wanted our new cat flap fitted and was brilliant. New glass prepared within a week and fitted with lovely cat fkap. CJ the fitter was absolutely great. Very professional, friendly and helpful and left the place immaculate. Really really delighted with ur from start to finish and would definately recommend them. Thank you so much! Now I just need to teach the cats to actually use it 😁

Amazing customer service. Super friendly and helpful with great advice to find the cat flap solution that worked best for us. Very pleased with cat flap!

Sarah and CJ made the process so simple and easy. Once I'd chosen the microchip pet door I wanted and provided details of the kitchen door it was to be fitted to, an appointment was booked. When he arrived (on time) on the day of installation, CJ was friendly, efficient and considerate, and he had the pet door fitted (with all the relevant instructions explained) in around 20 minutes. Great service, great communication. Very happy with Cat Out of Glass. I'd have no hesitation in recommending this company. Thanks!

Had our long awaited cat flap installed by CJ today.
Absolutely fantastic experience from day one to installation. Thankyou Sarah and CJ. You have no idea how happy I am 😊 It was a pleasure dealing with you both...
Thanks again.

Can not thank them enough for everything.
Highly recommended.

I chose to use the services of Cat Out Of Glass over the services of a local supplier due to the excellent reviews and was not disappointed....Amazing company- I was very impressed by the professionalism and care.

Exceptional service from initial enquiry through to completion, would highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass.
Cat and owner very pleased.

Sarah and CJ were both excellent communicators. Sarah at keeping in touch with quick responses and CJ patiently explaining the intricacies of the new microchip cat flap. The price was very good and CJ was quick and efficient at the installation. It only took one day for our cat to learn how to use the flap and we had our first night's uninterrupted sleep in ages secure in the knowledge that we would have no more feline intruders. If there were 10 stars available I would give all of them to Cat out of glass.

Excellent service. Quick response time, booking and installation!

Friendly & efficient service a pleasure to deal with Sarah & CJ. 8 days from first email to installation involving removal of UPVC panel in French doors. Cat flap looks great and feline friend Dexter delighted ....just need to negotiate with large tabby next door 🙀

I thought it might be complicated getting a cat flap installed in the window here but Sarah was really helpful and the guidance sent made measuring worry free! The manufacturing time was very quick and install day was quick, tidy and very pleasant. Couldn't recommend then more!

Amazing company- I was very impressed by the professionalism and care. The communication was great and they went above and beyond, given my lift was down, to install my incredibly looking cat door. Definitely would use again and HIGHLY recommend.

What a great team! Absolutely top class service from responding to my initial enquiry through to fitting our cat flap. Sarah and CJ are friendly, prompt, responsive and above all highly professional. Cannot fault their service, would definitely recommend and use them again

I chose to use the services of Cat Out Of Glass over the services of a local supplier due to the excellent reviews and was not disappointed. All correspondence was dealt with promptly and professionally. I had a new double glazed unit along with new cat flap fitted into the space of a bedroom window in a static home. The unit arrived earlier than quoted and was fitted within minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend Cat Out Of Glass due to their exemplary customer service from start to finish. A big thank you to Sarah and CJ.

Easy and helpful support from Sarah at the office plus terrific friendly and knowledgeable service from CJ on measuring and fitting. They supplied the excellent Sureflap cat flap (another excellent company). This combination is unbeatable… don’t bother looking anywhere else.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Best price I could find, helpful guides to measuring up (and saved £30 doing it myself with their foolproof guide) and how to programme the catflap. Sarah's admin support was invaluable and the catflap was fitted on time and with minimum fuss. Highly recommended!

Excellent service from Sarah and CJ. Their website was very informative and easy to use. Once ordered the fitting of the glass and cat flap was done quickly and expertly by CJ. I can thoroughly recommend Cat Out Of Glass

From start to finish, both Sarah and CJ made this experience exceptional. I spoke to multiple companies about this job (a textbook catflap fit in a French door) and not only was the price extremely competitive, but the communication was excellent, supportive, helpful and timely throughout.

The product quality is also top notch, and it immediately looks as though it's always been there – a perfect match. Now we'd better clean the old one!

The measuring and fitting experiences were both extremely pleasant, CJ has a friendly, warm manner, is very efficient and professional and even got the seal of approval from Mary, Queen of Cats.

In all, I can't recommend Cat Out of Glass highly enough. The only negative is that they've set a new high standard that other home job providers will fail to reach. Outstanding in every sense of the word.
