Cattitude Box Avis 85

Terrible experience. Ordered on 12th February. Emailed them several times with no reply so after 2 weeks of trying raised a dispute with my bank. Only then did I get an email to say my box was on its way. Told them I no longer require it and funnily enough no reply. An awful company to deal with. No clear information. Customer service is non existent and if you want to actually receive something you pay not an insignificant amount for then DO NOT SHOP HERE. Terrier terrible terrible.

I ordered the box in May and got charged for it but as of July I have not received it. I contacted them through the contact form on their webpage and did not receive a response nor acknowledgedment. I never got my money back either.

I have emailed about mystery box and no response no email saying it's been sent either so I dont know what's going on

I waited for over a month to get my cats cat cave. It finally came and it was smashed and not able to reform its original shape. Why in the world would you ship something like this that has the possibility of being smashed like mine was and not ship it in a box. Don't waste your money buying this.

The customer service is so friendly and my cat Gabby loves her catnip toy. Always great quality products and a joy to receive.

Cattitude Box is the purrfect gift for yourself and your cat(s). We have recently gone from three cats to four cats and decided to upgrade to a “multi cat box” which we love!

Catitude cozy cave was not loved by our cats and contact the company repeatedly for a refund. Only response was to suggest adding toys or catnip and after that was unsuccessful, we have had no response to our refund requests.

Firstly, I need to say that the toy got the kickable seal of approval from all three 😁
Izzy was first to try out the Cattitude Cat and judging by how much face rubbing, kicking and rolling around she did, I think she was very pleased with it 😻
It's a super cute toy, well made from good, strong felt, nicely finished, and has a wee pouch on the back to put extra nip as required 😁
Thanks to our subscription, we now have a selection of these Catitude Box handmade toys, including the "Battitude Bat" and "Beekind Bee".
They are all made to the same high standard, and enjoyed by the three mogs 😻

Gorgeous little catnip toy received with love for my fur babies. My little boy Blue went crazy over it, kicking it and throwing it around the room and spent 10 minutes just licking it. He certainly approves.
The customer service of the team at Cattitude is professional and friendly. I'd recommend them. Our furry friends deserve a few nice treats.

Our cats Ellie, Theo and Lily were lucky to receive a cattitude refillable toy . They loved it Ellie played with it first but Theo grabbed it off her! It seems to be a hit with them all taking turns to play with it It’s a safe and sturdy toy which from an human point of view is important when leaving them to play .

We have recently received a catnip refillable toy from cattitude and I gotta say it’s so cute and well made. The people at cattitude are also so nice from some brief interactions we had with them. Thank you!

I was reluctant to subscribe to the cattitude box again after the previous owner let me down, I was contacted by Vikki - new owner - and she offered me a welcome back deal. I was so happy with Vikki's determination to rebuild the business and make things right with previous customers.
