This company is awful. I ordered something by mistake and immediately sent them a message to cancel the order. They didn't reply for days and then said it was too late to cancel. However, it took over one month to even receive the product, which I'm planning to return. Sent an email to ask how to return to get a refund and they haven't answered. I'm not above reporting them to the BBB if I don't get an answer.
Quick shipping and everything was as advertised
Terrible, do not trust. Ordered a device in November, did not arrive before xmas as promised. followed up in January and they claim postage had lost it, then wanted more money out of me to cover the postage to refund. I said no and they ahve now ignored me and its not February! This site is either a Hoax or they are crooks. DO NOT TUST THEM!
Shipped me a completely different, inferior product than i ordered. They then claimed that according to their "warehouse" they sent the correct product. I provided them pictures of the product i received and the descriptive information of the product i actually ordered. They did agree to refund me IF i paid to ship the product i received back to China. The cost to ship to China was more than the refund amount. Do not order from them, it is a scam where they charge for expensive product and ship junk.
Do not order from this company. It is a scam. I ordered something from them through instagram two months ago and it never arrived. The “shipping tracking” has had no activity for four weeks. Stay away!!
They gave me a programmable fob that will pair your garage Door or car remote, but is doesn't program. No instructions. Just a barcode for a video from You Tube but can't get into programming mode. When asked support for step by step instructions, they don't give it or even give proper answers to your questions. I am sure the email goes to China. And just want to refund a small portion of the cost. First was $5. Then $8, then $10. The total cost was $49.88 I had to get my credit card company involved for a dispute but have to wait 15 days before anything can be done. Order Number #27125S123648
I ordered products from the vendor and I still haven’t received anything even though they claimed it was delivered already, but I have been inquiring about the items before and after the supposedly delivery date. Do NOT purchase from this vendor. I ordered the product in April and the claimed delivery date is June 10th.
My granddaughter loves these shoes. Perfect fit
have played 3 rounds in these so far and they were comfortable right out of the box. Very light shoe, and breathable. They are NOT weather resistant, but I didn't buy them for that, I bought them to keep my feet cool, which they do.
Cute, arrived in package flat. stuff the top and even though the vail was crinkled, it looked alright. Wasn't sure if it would stay on my head, but it did. And I don't like to wear hats, let alone a head band.
