fantastic customer experience…
Love the 'bubbles' necklace I've bought my partner... I know she's going to love it. I experienced a slight challenge with Royal Mail's 1pm delivery and I logged this with the Cavendish French team... they looked into it and as they called me back about 15 minutes later, the postman arrived with my parcel... you couldn't write this! So, great customer experience and I'll be back soon. Recommended.

Unfortunately the gift boxes wer
Unfortunately the gift boxes weren't great,as they were broken, but the product was lovely. I've managed to put the earrings into something else.

Thank you for your review and sorry you haven't received the earrings yet. You bought them on 13th November and they were sent the next day. We did send you an email to confirm with a tracking number. Unfortunately Royal Mail are very slow at the moment and have not delivered to you yet but this is outside of our control. It is extremely frustrating when we are known for our excellent customer service. Please do contact us directly if you do not receive in the next couple of days and we will do our best to resolve for you.
