After a short while we saw our opening, and realised people want variety, they want flavour, they want great quality and even better value and most of all they want the sort of customer service you’d expect at Buckingham Palace!

Issues resolved after No reply to emails and bottle difficult to open
This is my first use of CBD oil so obviously I was a little hesitant. I decided to contact the company for some advice. Two emails sent but no replies. The bottle is difficult to open as the top of the bottle just turns but doesn't come off easily. I can't discuss this with the company because they haven't bothered to reply to my emails. I will obviously use up what I've bought but will be purchasing from other companies next time
*Update* I finally received a reply to my email and my issues were resolved promptly. My emails had gone into their Spam folder

The bottle is quite flimsy and I can see the pipette breaking in short time. Obvs if it does I’ll be back in touch. Also it says it’s not a strong flavour but I think it is. (Absolute CMD oil)

I'm sorry to hear you were not happy with how quickly it took your order to arrive. The reasons for this are because your order was placed after our cut off time of 3pm for same day dispatch on Friday 2nd May. Because we are not here over the weekend and also closed bank holidays, your order was sent on Tuesday 6th, then delivered to you by Royal Mail on Saturday 10th. Normally orders would arrive standard post within 2-5 working days from dispatch, but there are times depending on when the order was placed that this can be a little longer.
Despite of this, I'm pleased to hear that you are happy with the product and that it works well for you.

Yes they really do help with chronic pain
I suffer from endometriosis and a friend who takes these recommended them to me. I have been taking them for about 5 weeks and within about 3 weeks of taking two per day (am and pm) the various pains had dropped significantly. The constant pain in my lower abdomen has dropped by at least half and the pain and inflammation that radiated out from my abdomen has gone almost completely: to the extent that I am noticing when it is present rather than noticing those previously rare occasions when it wasn't hurting. The flare-ups are still unpleasant but nothing like as bad as they used to be. I will admit that I was fairly sceptical about whether these would work but they absolutely have and I would recommend that anyone with inflammatory and chronic pain give them a go to see if they help.
