Great product, on my second batch already.

So far I haven't received my order. I have written a few times to ask about my order and not gotten a response.

Update: finally got an email saying they need further info after many many emails from me , no apology no nothing, so I asked for a refund. Terrible customer service would not recommend to anyone

I have been taking the daytime CBD and CBG now for just over a month. Initially it was to help reduce the inflammation I had after having Covid. What I didn’t expect to happen was the huge reduction in the migraines I’ve suffered with since entering peri menopause. I've sent three chaser emails asking when my product will be delivered, I've had no acknowledgement or response regarding my query. A simple reply to say it is delayed by 7, 15 or 28 days. I can't comment on the quality of the product as it still hasn't been dispatched.

The product itself is good. But waiting on the delivery was longer than 2-3 day's as stated, to the point I sent a couple of message and got no response as to when my order would arrive. I thought I'd been done!! But eventually it came. I appreciate the post takes longer these days because of Covid. All I would say is let your customers know. If there's a problem there's a problem. I don't mind waiting but just let us know.

Once ordered I was told 2/3 days for delivery

The product is excellent but it took such a long time to arrive.

Loving the cbd night I’ve only been using it for a few nights but have slept straight through the night and woke up feeling great not groggy with other sleep products would highly recommend

Really good product. I use before bed to help sleep and on occasions after a workout to help recovery. The strawberry and lime flavour tastes great!
