Cedar Planters Avis 16

I had to have a friend build this planter box for me. Many of the holes to put the bolts through did not match up and made it difficult to assemble.
It certainly takes much longer than 15-20
Minutes.
The product itself is nice and worth the price. The new style cloth liner is really made well.

The garden bed is gorgeous!
I bought it to be shipped in February, it arrived early March, but the customer service team was so kind when I emailed about the status of my order. The smell of the Cedar is really strong and lovely.

I ordered on February 21. Supposed to be shipped in March. I have tried to find status, the "SHOP" thingy doesn't work for me, I get nothing. I'm frustrated and concerned.
RECEIVED a prompt answer from Cedar Planters with answers. Received my planters on April 1st.

I should’ve read the negative reviews on here before purchasing. TRUST THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I purchased the planter on February 13 and selected to have it ships in February. Then received an email on February 15 saying they’re getting the order ready and in the email and subsequent emails after, they just try to upsell you to order more. Yet it’s now mid-March and the order that I placed in February still has not been shipped. Would not recommend this company as they’re unreliable and unethical. I recommend people to also file a complaint to the Canadian Business Bureau so they can be held accountable and improve their practices.

First of all they make a good product and I already have one. Problem is they can’t seem to get it to you in any sort of a cogent way. I’ve received two notifications of expected delivery dates for a recent order the last being the day before yesterday and nothing has arrived. Now when I look on their website they can’t tell where it is and they don’t even know if it’s ready to be shipped or not. That is unacceptable and I will not buy from them again

Although it did take a little longer to receive my planter boxes, it was well worth the wait!! Not only are these boxes beautiful but they assemble perfectly together. You can even watch a step by step video on how to assemble. If you've ever ordered anything from China, the instructions, if you get any, don't make sense and you always have to modify something to fit together.
It was so satisfying Cedar Planters supplies everything you need and again they were a piece of cake to put together.
So just be patient, Cedar Planters are overwhelmed with orders.

In our modern era of on-line products that are misrepresented b/c they are not the actual quality as represented, these Cedar Planters are the real deal. They are exceptional quality including the fasteners, and the pre-drilled holes line up perfectly. They are also very reasonably priced and the customer service is extraordinary. BTW, do stain the planters b/c they look awesome once stained.

No complaints here. I own a variety of planters. I totally love them. They were easy to put together. I look forward to Spring for my variety of outdoor plants. They remain beautiful looking throughout the Seasons. Thanks Cedar Planters, great job well done!!

I bought an 36” Raised for my balcony and it is absolutely gorgeous. It gave me the ability to have my dreamed little garden in my tiny space. You can tell it is real Cedar wood because the lumber smell and texture.

Ordered on Nov 19. Have yet to receive any correspondence. They did charge my card though. Very frustrating.

My first box was great. The second one a plank was bowed so the corner didn’t come together right. There is no good way to contact them. The customer service number is in correct and my email would submit button did not work! I think they are overwhelmed

I am concerned about the time I am waiting for a delivery of two planters I ordered some weeks ago. I don’t seem to be able to use their tracker program. I get the response that they were delivered 2 hours ago but nothing has arrived.

Ordered 25 days ago. Money taken and UPS messaged awaiting planters then nothing. I contacted them and just an automated reply. Filled a different contact us form and contact supposedly from Canada, parent company. They are trying to contact them, assured order was correct. Now going to raise a problem with PayPal.

Having a very bad experience so far in terms of communication — order has been charged but not sent. It’s been over two weeks without any communication.

Do not buy from them. I have been waiting for over 10 days for my items to be posted. They got a UPS label 5 days ago, but they still haven't sent the items. Every time I contact them they say they will post it soon. But they don't. This is a scam. I left comments on their instagram and facebook accounts. Instead of contacting me to address the problem they blocked me. They delete the negative reviews to create a fake illusion of being professionals.
