Amazing customer service
I had an amazing experience with the customer service of Ceduce. I had ordered 2 oils with a bag that was never delivered. And when i scanned the not home code my order was not found. Eventually i decided to email customer service and they helped me very good and i was told my package was sent back. So then the person from CS sent my package out again and i had it within that week. I was happy with the service bc sometimes customer service can be a bad experience but not with Ceduce 🫶.

great efficient customer service
There was a shopping problem with DHL that sent the package to New Zealand instead of Switzerland, but the customer service was quick to answer and sent a replacement without any issues and I received it quite quickly.

Hele fijne haarolie
Ik ben heel tevreden over de haarolie van Ceduce. Mijn haar is langer en gezonder dan het ooit geweest is. Ik heb nu voor de derde keer een bestelling gedaan en de flesjes gaan ook lang mee.

Love the products!
Love the mini one! It’s perfect to take with me on vacation. I have two of the Ceduce hair claws and I really like them, they stay in my hair perfectly and also look super cute!

Voor alle dames: koop de haarolie van Gisou, veel beter!
Niet tevreden met het retourbeleid van Ceduce. Ik wilde retourneren, olie was uiteraard niet gebruikt en alle originele briefjes/verpakkingen zaten er bij. Retourneren mag niet, puur en alleen omdat het doosje er om heen is geopend. Waardeloos en staat ook niet duidelijk beschreven op de site. Daarnaast heb ik net even geroken en is de geur ook 10 keer niks.

Ons retourbeleid is duidelijk terug te vinden op onze website: om hygiënische redenen kunnen geopende verpakkingen helaas niet retour genomen worden, ook wanneer het product zelf ongebruikt is. Dit hebben wij je ook via e-mail uitgelegd. We begrijpen dat dit teleurstellend kan zijn, maar we moeten hierin consequent zijn. Wat betreft de geur: dit is persoonlijk en kan verschillen per voorkeur. Hopelijk geeft dit meer duidelijkheid over ons beleid.

i use this 1-2 x per week but i noticed some bumps on my head that slightly hurt when i put pressure , could this be that my hair follicles are clogged? I dont really know what i am doing wrong..

Goede ervaring
Ik heb persoonlijk een erg goede ervaring met de haarolie Ceduce. Ik gebruik het nu beslist 3 maanden en mijn haar valt veel minder uit. Daarbij heb ik een paar keer mijn haar geblondeerd wat heel schadelijk is voor mijn haar, maar ik heb het gevoel dat de olie goed heeft geholpen om mijn haar sterk te houden. Ik gebruik het 1/2 keer in de week en heb het nu voor de tweede keer besteld.
Ook had ik het product al snel binnen. Zeker een aanrader!

I recently purchased my second bottle, and I only have good things to say about this company and their hair oil. 💛 The Enchanting Hair Oil works wonders on both my hair and scalp, and the hair clips they sell are not only beautiful but also of excellent quality.
The shipping was faster than ever, this time, it took just two to three business days from the Netherlands to Spain. The packaging is environmentally friendly while still providing great protection—the product arrives in perfect condition.
Additionally, my mom loved it so much after trying our first bottle that she bought one for herself!
A big thank you for creating such an amazing and effective product. I thoroughly researched the ingredients before purchasing, and they did not disappoint.
For reference: I have short, thin brown hair, while my mom has mid-length, curly hair that she dyes blonde. This hair oil truly works for every hair type, just as advertised.

Veel minder haaruitval
Ik gebruik de olie nu zo’n 3 maanden 2xpw en mijn haaruitval is aanzienlijk verminderd! Ik verlies veel minder haar met douchen. Ook is mijn haar zachter en komt er allemaal nieuwe haargroei door :) daarnaast ook altijd fijn contact met de oprichtster op instagram. Met de meeste oliën had ik altijd moeite met het uitspoelen, maar deze wast heel makkelijk uit (wel 2x shampoo gebruiken). Ik kan niet meer zonder✨
