These books are excellent and the company is brilliant. I'm an adult using them to aid my language learning journey.
The only thing maybe they could do without are the English number tracing pages if being sold in the UK. If I were in another country that doesn't use this number system it would definitely be important but in countries that do it might feel unnecessary.
I wish them every success, helping the dream of bringing us together and ending this unhealthy competition we're developing.

Excellent book, will use to learn luganda myself and then with my son. Perfect for bilingual or multilingual children. And a very rare find, luganda books aren't easy to find in the UK.

Great service! Lovel books

Absolutely terrible customer service I ordered the product over a month ago with 48hr tracked delivery as a gift for someone and they did not say anything about the item being currently out of stock. Even after countless attempts to try contact them I heard nothing from them until a whole month later when they processed the order. I asked for a refund and they said that they had sent the order even after I had made it expressly clear that the time I needed it had passed. They offered no sort of compensation for the error on their part as well as no refund. I will not be conducting business with this company ever again as they are extremely unprofessional in handling and taking accountability for their errors.

The keep postponing the ETA and won't respond to communications

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

The sender didn't pay full postage so the book is stuck at the central post office in my nearest town (which is 45min away by bus). I now have to find time to travel there and pay an additional postage fee (Royal Mail won't tell me how much the fee is before I arrive) in order for the book to be delivered.

I have no idea if the book is helpful for learning Shona. This is a really disappointing and easily avoidable start.

Expecting more for the price, quite disappointed. Thought would have there more things to learn. If knew what is inside before would definitely not ordered it.

Unfortunately I bought an item which was out of stock, I wasn't aware of this until I emailed and asked where my order was. That was slightly disappointing as I would have waited until it was back in stock before purchasing.
