Human contact still makes a world of difference to me when I’m shopping and buying products and services - on or offline.
As a DIYer, being able to ask questions and seek advice from the supplier is still integral in my decision making process. Thankfully, and as far as I can tell, Ai hasn’t yet replaced the humans at CEF. Long may that continue, as the people that have served me at CEF over the years, have always made the shopping experience an enjoyable one.

I needed materials quick and they didn't have it in stock, but onbthis occasion Brandon helped and guided me to order the products online so I could have them the following day.
Been dealing with Bradford West branch now for many years and know I can rely on these guys to assist me whenever I need their help.

My local branch (Bradford West) is…
My local branch (Bradford West) is great, team are freindly and helpful, stock most everyday consumables and pricing is very fair.
CEF online ordering is great, next day on most items.
CEF APP needs to catch up and be as good as website for trade account holders, then the complete package offered by CEFs would be hard to beat.
