It's the first time I have used CEF…
It's the first time I have used CEF hastings branch & it definitely won't be the last, one of the guys rang me to say my order was ready for collection, when l called in to pick it up l was served straight away & they even carried my order out to my van and loaded it, friendly, polite & very helpful would definitely recommend using this great local company, 5 stars from me.

CEF service was extremely good but would not recommend product…
CEF service was extremely good and helpful.However product was not disclosed as originating from France with initial language on electronic control panel in French. If you misread the initial language selection it seems impossible to recover English and then everything is in French. Wiring colour code also very confusing and CEF had to call manufacturer for explanation.

I ordered a Becker BT-7 thermostat
I ordered a Becker BT-7 thermostat as illustrated on your website and you sent me a Cotherm thermostat instead. The latter does not fit into my heater element properly, as a result of its shape, and it has to be set at a maximum to get any decent hot water.
VERY disappointed.
