I tried to use the online ordering…
I tried to use the online ordering service for the first time which didn't work. After calling the head office landline I was directed to my branch manager at Kingsbridge who was very helpful and resolved the problem whilst patiently waiting for me to click on various screens. It was great to get good customer service and a resolution from someone who had the time and knowledge to help.

Great service and communication with online shop
I bought a bathroom shaver light from CEF online and the manager of this Kingsbridge branch was able to exchange it for a more suitable model that he had in his branch store with no bother at all.

I ordered a reel of cable as not in stock locally. Ordered that evening after registering for an account. cable arrived following day (about mid day). This is amazing, hasten to say that these are my go-to cabling guys
