Staff here are awesome! Helping out a DIY’er was no problem to them yesterday, nor indeed has it ever been on my many visits over recent years.

When to the store in sunny Skelmersdale, not a scooby doo what I was doing. The guy on the counter was first class, and helped find the items I needed. Unfortunately, they weren’t in stock so he helped with the product codes and talked me through how to order them on line. Products turned up as promised and even with the delivery charge they were cheaper than B&Q and Screwyou.
Will defo use again
