This is the 2nd time I have brought items on line for pick up in store and both times I have been passed off with faulty items last year it was a contactor which had obviously been returned faulty and then resold to me that cost me 4-5 visits to clients and a loss of trust not to mention the financial loss complained to cef never heard anything back,then this year brought two relays just before Christmas came to install and found one working fine and the other one faulty so unable to finish job and loss of trust with a different client

A CEF colleague called to let me know the item had arrived, and also my details as i had forgotten to provide this information when placing the order, he was also there when i went to collect and was very helpful with other queries.keep up the good work.

I visited cef slough on Friday and as usual at this branch there were new staff the lady served me I asked for 2 of 1 item and 1 of another she gave me the wrong items, she then changed them but unfortunately I only checked 2out of 3 items as I had already been there for nearly an hour, once on site I realised the 3rd item was incorrect and drove 35minutes back to the branch to replace it annoyed when I got there I told the girl that she had given me the wrong part she got all defensive and told me it was my fault for not checking then took the part then told me to wait whilst she spoke to her boss and just stood there another customer said whilst your waiting can you start my order she snapped at him and said you can both stop having a go at me you don’t know what’s going on in my life, I said we’ve all got stuff going on but we don’t bring it to work (in my case I’ve been diagnosed with osteoarthritis down my spine which means I can only work a few hours a day, and I’ve been evicted from my house due to not earning enough) and this attitude and waste of my time did not help the situation. The boss was good and exchanged the part. Although it turn out to be faulty so I spent 4.5 hours getting no where when I went back to the branch on the afternoon she refused to serve me as I had been rude even though it was the other way around. When I worked for a company If I had spoken to a customer like that my boss would of sacked me on the spot

I ordered the wrong item. No problem tell us what you want, we will pick up the unwanted stuff and refund you and deliver the right items.
I really can't complain about that.
I drove to the nearest store, explained the problem and they dealt with it an exchanged within the hour
