Great price, delivery and packaging
Great price for the Sonos speaker with free delivery. It was packaged very well and delivered quickly too. Perfect service, would highly recommend.

Ordered a Sonos arc on a Friday night
Ordered a Sonos arc on a Friday night, arrived on the Tuesday morning. Over the weekend, I wobbled about perhaps changing for the Bose 900 and sent a message on Saturday night. Had response on the Sunday to my query and after brief on line chat stayed with the Sonos.
This is what all online purchase experiences should be like.

Top class for customer service and value for money!
Purchased a Sonos Arc soundbar at was brilliant price compared to the competition. It arrived earlier than notified which was fantastic!! Sadly we had issues with the product it just wouldn't operate using the Google assistant. For us this is a must... So we were able to return this with no issues at all and refund was processed quickly. Ceiling Speakers were brilliant. Will definitely recommend and will return when we are looking for our next purchase. 10/10. Thanks guys 👍

Excellent Service
The service was excellent. I telephoned before placing my order and they were very helpful. I had missed the cut off time for next day postage but my order arrived the day after. Everyone I dealt with was extremely nice-and helpful.
