Product not received
Product not received. I love Cel but the latest shipping leaves a lot to be desired. This is the third time I’ve been charged and not received any product. Very disappointing

I can’t believe the negative feedback
I can’t believe the negative feedback. Even though I am still on my first bottle of shampoo and conditioner, my hair has improved so much. It has been thin and fine for so long, I can’t remember when it started. Perhaps after I had my second child - 30 years ago! My hairdresser noticed a difference after 5 weeks of using Cel and commented on how much new hair I have coming through. Friends have also noticed, to the extent that two of them have ordered Cell as well. I don’t suppose I will ever get back the lustrous locks of my youth, however, at least now I don’t feel like crying every time I style my hair. The improvement is continuing - my hairdresser had to thin out my hair at the back last time I visited. Can’t remember that happening before. The sides and front haven’t recovered so quickly, but still massive improvement. As to customer service, I did have a problem with a damaged and leaking product - this was rectified in days at no extra expense. I will not use any other shampoo or conditioner as long as Cel is available and look forward to my hair getting better and better. Thank you so much.

Please do not use this product.Extremely poor service. I returned products due to an allergic reaction. I posted back on 19th May registered delivery and have asked numerous times for my money back. DONOT TRUST THE RUBBISH ABOUT MONEY BACK GUARANTEE! They will not return my money!!!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR PROMISES. This is a scam and no customer service at all!

I have been using Cel for over a year…
I have been using Cel for over a year now. That tells you I love the shampoo and conditioner. When I went to reorder, there was the two bottles I've been using AND a not as tall, but fatter bottles. I looked all over for the net weight, but nowhere to be found. The fatter bottles were $1 more. Which has more product? Also, I don't want to buy the mask, but can't undo do mask. What can I do to get a refund?

I emailed customer service several times to send back the shampoo and conditioner for a refund. The first time a lady got back with me. It wasn't long, maybe within a day or so and I appreciated that. The lady that got back to me wanted to know if I would like to keep the product for a 30% refund and keep the product. I replied, saying I would rather send it back for a refund because I wouldn't use it and that is why I was sending it back. This was around May 12th. Earlier on April 16th I stopped the autoship
But yet this one was shipped out on the 26th. And I wanted to return it. Later on the lady told me to send pictures of the product. It was several days later I did this and haven't heard back from anybody. I have gone on the website and sent emails and nobody responds back. It has taken me around the middle of May until now to try to reach somebody.

I have used this product for months
I have used this product for months, absolutely love it but when i went to purchase 4 sets it wont let me go to pay unless i purchase something from their promotional groups. I don't want them, it wont let me "x" out and it wont leave the site when i press " no thanks" . I don't want to buy anything else except my 4 sets. its super frustrating . tried fb, Instagram and also the webite all the same thing .

We don’t use fillers, additives, or other harmful ingredients often found in other cheaper brands. What can I say other than the shipping…
What can I say other than the shipping process for products are awful. I’ve been waiting close to 3 weeks for ONE shampoo . I have canceled my subscription. Can’t be waiting on shampoo forever.

Fabulous product on the market
Fabulous product on the market, my hair never looked better. My hair is growing thicker and stronger. At 63 years of age. Use shampoo and conditioner with the serum spray, twice a week. I would use it more but pricey, and well worth it compared to all others.

My absolute favorite product, the Microstem Hair Stimulation Formula appears to be no longer available.
What happened? I have made this request request before and got no response. That is what started me on your products. If I can no longer buy it, I may have to move on as there are others out there.

Hair Fallout Mystery
I used the cel.md shampoo and conditioner for two years. I loved how it made my hair feel thick and full. But then I started shedding badly for a frightening four months. Hair all over the shower drain, and bathroom floor when I brushed. So I quit using cel.md and eventually my shedding stopped. I don't know if cel.md caused the hair fallout or if it would have naturally occurred anyway, as I have had shedding bouts in the past. I would like to use cel md again but it's not going to be my only shampoo and conditioner.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service! I ordered the Microstem Ultimate Hair Growth BUNDLE and specified a ONE TIME ORDER. Today I received another shipment of the same products which I did not order! Your company illegally put me on AUTO SHIP! I ordered a one time purchase and you now have put me on auto ship and keep charging me! I now see that I am not the only one this has happened to! I expect you to fix the problem, issue me a refund of $59.90 and tell me how to send the products back to you at your expense.

Very disappointed in the customer…
Very disappointed in the customer service from Cel. Joined with a fab offer, waited for my second delivery, it never arrived. Got in touch with customer service only to be told my card was at fault. When I assured the lady that wasn’t right, I was then patronised and got nowhere. They clearly didn’t want to honour my offer, they shouldn’t be offering discounts if they don’t want people to take them up on them.

I have been using Cel Microstem Shampoo & Conditioner for almost two years. My hairdresser, my colorist, my friends and I have all noticed: I literally have more hair! I think it's because I lose less, but whatever the reason, I can attest that these products work!
