Had a really professional personal experience with Omar. From the first phone call he listened to what I had in mind and we got the exact product. He spent over 2 hrs on the call while we decided on my design.
Also he was extremely accommodating in the time scale as I had family visiting my new house, and wanted my sofa & bed together. ASAP time scale was 2 to 3 weeks they made & delivery was 10 days as a special request for me , excellent customer service. The sofa cushions are of high quality firm but extremely comfortable so for me this is perfect, as I like bouncy and not soft as they can loose shape.

The colour was excellent match for my decor I chose cream plush velvet.

The bed is extremely value for money it's thick sturdy frame.Head boards are exactly a perfect height as I wanted to the celling tall , but Armed saved me over £400 on the explaining the height would be significant enoughf for our room. He was correct& and Mattress is the best I've ever bought.
Comfortable but firm we're your back feels super supportive thick and deep pockets breathable climet control Mattress.

Overall my products are luxurious & chic just what I wanted 😌

Also the delivery guys were brilliant to as they delivered sofa & coffee table to the room & bed upstairs to the bedroom.

They don't assemble it but my husband put it together with myself and was easy enough if your handy, but it was heavy, however I perfer good solid products.

I was initially told by a competitor that celebrity interiors had stolen their images of the sofa I was looking at. I contacted the company and Abdul assured me the sofa in the picture was the exact sofa they had. He confirmed this by sending photos and it was delivered with two weeks. Excellent service from start to end. The only down side was the delivery service would not take upstairs to where my living room is but this was easily rectified using a local removals firm.
Love my new sofa and the cheapest I found it!

From start to finish it’s been a great experience I can’t thank the team enough. From the initial sofa purchase I was called to make sure that everything was correct and sofa would fit through the doors &space, I was informed of the dates of the delivery and kept up to date with information through WhatsApp. Definitely recommend this company

Spent a lot of money on a dining table with 8 chairs and a sofa set, absolutely amazing quality, had so many compliments, the absolute strength of them amazes me they are solid and I’m still obsessed 2 years later, aswell as great service..thankyou!

Absolutely great service from start to finish. Fast replies and updates at every step. From placing order to the delivery was great customer service. The quality of the sofas are amazing and the pictures don't do it justice, they come boxed and wrapped so you know they've been taken care of from manufacturer to your door.

Changed my mind about one of my purchases I emailed to ask for this to be cancelled and a refund processed. It’s been over a week and I have heard nothing! This is unacceptable management!
The other part of my order arrived today minus my cancelled item so they have clearly acknowledged my email but decided not to contact me or process a refund on the expensive item over £600 I have not yet checked the quality of my other item as not yet unpackaged
