I purchased five items from this retailer, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the items, a bracelet, was too large for my wrist, so I attempted to return it. The return process was an absolute nightmare. The customer service team was unhelpful and dismissive, offering only a small discount on full-priced items as compensation—this during a sitewide 70% sale, which made the gesture feel meaningless and out of touch.
The entire process was riddled with inefficiencies and poor communication, making it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. For the premium prices they charge, I expected not only superior quality but also a seamless and professional customer service experience. Instead, I was met with frustration and disappointment at every turn.
As for the items themselves, the quality was mediocre at best—decent, but certainly not reflective of the hefty price tags. When you're paying a premium, you expect both top-notch products and a hassle-free shopping experience, neither of which were delivered here.
The overall experience has left me with no desire to shop with this company again. The stress and lack of care shown by their customer service team have overshadowed any positives about the products themselves.
