I bought a refurbished Macbook online, and the same day got a courtesy call from Steve to make doubly sure I was ok with the secondhand wear & tear, and to reassure me any issues were purely cosmetic. This really set my mind at rest, when buying refurbished tech. My Macbook arrived the very next day, in good order with a cheerful handwritten note on the invoice. I emailed some follow up queries, which Steve again replied to promptly, confirming the 24 month warranty, which gives me peace of mind. I was particularly grateful for the speedy service, as I'm heading away on a trip, and feared that the phone might not arrive in time. I think it arrived within 48 hours.
Getting the free case AND screen protector was a huge help, as I am running short on time. To me, those two items are always essentials. So that was a wonderful surprise!

Zero problems with my experience. They sell reasonably priced goods so what's to fault? I was able to return my phone with a technical problem thankfully. It was after 3 months of buying the phone so having them replace it after that point is a serious green flag for me.

Hi, the refurbished fones were like brand new, the same day delivery service was quick, the gentleman and lady were very helpful, I would not hesitate to deal with Steve and his crew again, 5/5 star rating.

I had a great experience with this company. I bought a refurbished iphone 13 from cellmyphone. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks, the screen froze and wouldn't work despite the restarting it.

I contacted Steve from Cellmyphone who responded near immediately and organised to have the phone shipped up to his workshop in Auckland to fix it. Unfortunately the phone couldn't be fixed so Steve replaced it with another iphone 13. Usually this sort of thing is super annoying but Steve was a pleasure to deal with. He responded to queries immediately and assured me from the start that the phone would be fixed or replaced.

Despite the issues with the initial phone I would definitely use this company again as I'm sure that if there was a problem with a product that it would be handled swiftly and professionally.
