For one, we will never demand payment up front for an initial consultation, and only in certain cases will we request any deposit for the acquisition of parts. We have relationships the same parts suppliers all the big shops use like NAPA, Advance Auto Parts, and direct lines to direct fit OEM parts from our local dealers. We honor ALL of the warranties on parts from our suppliers, and guarantee our own work as well. We’ll gladly install parts you provide as well. In the mobile automotive service industry, customers often are concerned or even a little hesitant to pull the trigger on using a service like ours. This could be for many reasons, but more often than not it’s due to unfortunate cases where scammers have required a customer a large deposit for a service or parts and then disappeared without a trace. Rest assured, you’ll never be asked for up front money or a “pull up fee” by us. In certain cases where a service requires expensive parts, or parts that we are not allowed to return like spark plugs and coils, we may require at least half of the total PARTS amount as a deposit, but that is rare. We also have the ability to accept most all forms of payment. We can accept all major credit cards, cash, checks, Venmo and CashApp, and offer net 30 terms for our fleet customers and other business operators. All of our invoicing and estimates are done digitally, guaranteeing you’ll never lose that paperwork of the service in your glove box. Some jobs just can’t be done in a driveway or parking lot, which is why we’ve established relationships with some of the most reputable and respected independent shops in our service area to recommend to you on those occasions. Let’s say you live somewhere that’s not great for vehicle work in the driveway or parking lot but still want to use our services, how can we make it happen? We’ll coordinate with you on a meeting place to drop off the vehicle, usually a large open parking lot, and offer you an Uber back home and back to the car when we’re all done.
