place a order for ram on Jan 1st 2026, then it got canceled on Jan 3ed for them to just increases the price by 400$ the next day, very bad businesses practice. I will never buy from them anymore.
Do not buy anything online from Central Computers!!!! Purchased items that were in stock and even called to verify that they were pulling the quantity I ordered from their other stores. Was told yes they had them and were going to have them both shipped to the store to ship to me. Fast forward a few more days and no shipping confirmation. Called again and now they are only able to send me 1 of the 2 I needed. Pretty much sums up that nobody did anything and sold the items in store instead of shipping my order. Buy elsewhere!!!!’
Placed an order for backordered 4 sticks of server RAM "KSM48E40BD8KM-32HM" priced at $139.99/stick. During checkout page it say backordered items would take 7-14 days to ship - I was ok with this. Two days later get an email stating "Unfortunately, the Kingston memory on order is out of stock and backordered without ETA (no vendor stock). We are unable to fulfill the order and will cancel the order." I went back to check product page and they're still taking orders for it, but now at $179.99/stick. A trustworthy business would’ve honored my original order, especially since I didn’t expect it to ship right away. These guys lied to back out from the sale.. Thankfully Newegg Business had the same pricing as my original order with CS, and their sales rep was super friendly to help me process the order
Horrible RMA and borderline scam. I returned a motherboard + cpu combo to them and they told me they couldn't replicate my issue thus they charged me a 20% restocking fee.
I ran over to my local Microcenter and bought a CPU + motherboard and everything worked. Great liars Central Computers.
