Central housing group is a very good property management team. Their communication is excellent, they keep you informed when dealing with any issues, they always provide solutions and alternatives where possible. They are personable, trustworthy and show genuine interest in managing your property to high standard. High praise to the team (Jo, Abby, Deniz and Maria). They are all assets to the company. Five stars.
So why only four stars, the other side of the company, the team that deals with rental income reviews needs to be more visible and communicative.

Central Housing has been a wonderful property management company, especially Lincoln at the beginning when we first moved into the property. He was just so polite, nice, understanding, and showed us the way. Ben, the handyman, would always come and fix anything that had issues in the house. Especially Katherine, any time I called her, she would sort the situation out within the 24 hours of me telling her. Everyone from Central Housing was amazing, and it’s so sad that it came to an end. I wish nothing but the best for you guys. I would highly recommend them!

Central housing is a good company and I will recommend any family with children because they are always available to pick your calls even on a Sunday.They come for once’s a month to make sure you housing is safe and also to check if you have any repair.after you call to make sure complain about a repair they sort it out as soon as they can.

The Team over at Central Housing Group (CHG) are very courteous, responsive and attentive, and overall very professional in their approach to managing our property.
In particular, their MD, Mr. Romesh Muthiah is very experienced and knowledgeable in the industry, and he has given us a lot of useful and practical advice in order to achieve the best rental rates for our property in a cost-efficient manner.
We have just renewed our lease agreement with them for another term, and will happily and highly recommend CHG to all existing and prospective landlords looking for a trustworthy and reliable property management service. 5 Stars!

I've had my rental property managed by Central Housing Group since 2003 and have never had an issue.
The rent is always paid on time, issues are reported to me quickly and dealt with by them swiftly and efficiently.
Very friendly yet professional staff and honestly, I haven't had a negative experience in the entire 22 years.

Forced in their derelict hovel so the landlord can make financial exploitation by Joanna, nice voice sacked the truthful person who admitted their wrongs, so agency manager abused my name, I waited 1 yr to get a postal key while I had RSI in my wrist. Joanna refuses to fix the lights outside, refuses to fix the door handles, refuses to clean the garden, first time I have experienced such awful behaviour where a drafty windows, single glazed is okay, the damp carpet, grotesquely dirty tiles in bathroom, mouldy, rusty bath, rust radiators, rusty light switches, no handles, no toilet, mice/rat infested, summer flies all doors closed so the mice/rats won't be disturbed.
The constant poor electrics, poor gas and 19 yrs and they did not fix the leaking roof, I hear and they virtually want to harm of kill me here. No fresh air, a doors closed. Even with the front door, ' Peeping Tom", glass door. All tenants can see me leave the bathroom, see me walk to front room and see me in the bedroom, no privacy. Cramped so badly after throwing out 60 black bags, book shelves i loved. 3 patient boots of Dr Martins I hardly worn damaged due to the intense damp and mould. Child/adult threw out the mice damage the first notice to quit last yr and he also throw out more damaged stuff from the mice/rats damaged. First time I have seen such horror in all my life.
After my Mother death I grieved and enfield came to lie onmpaper to get paid. Illegally took photographs of my. Chronic Depression promoting it like a lottery win. The place is worst than a hostel, I cringes to touch anything and I refused to call Joanna every week to say nothingness working every week, month as they do not do a good job, so they can come around and make money.
'Ben' scoops in private places while going to the toilet. I told Joanna i refuse to let their workers use my toilet, as I cannot use it anymore. The toilet is so damaged like the washing machine, I cannot use the toilet as it last a few weeks till it get blocked up again, not great for an IBS disabled person.
No work ethic in Central Housing Group, all hither thing about is money. Next door think I am the daughter of the last person sent hear to suffer. My chest vision tight, I cough so badly I cannot eat or cook food here as there are holes everywhere.
Summer I have to wear a swimsuit and splinter I shiver because the heating works in every other room than the bedroom. So no point turning it on the freeze on an electric blanket.
So I am stuck in the bedroom and my newly purchased and unused £6k recliner leather furniture saturated with damp floors throughout with rust and ready to throw on a tip. 5 yrs of hell.
Faulty boiler turns cold in the shower, I accepted to get the oldest boiler fixed and Joanna bribed me for the first time.
Joanne used to send emails with 240 storage to each email, abusing my phone with her constant lies. I do not entertain a lie. States they will not let the tenant suffer damage, how on earth did the website get 4.9 votes and the worst I have ever experienced in my sad misery prison life I cannot escape enfield unless I die in this hovel. So central housing group said she had the place cleaned using blindfold, the flies love the dirty bathroom walls, lie like enfield council, 2 workers to bribe me to get 1 postal key took a year. Alex said throw the rubbish in the bad and we shall clear it up, 4 month'shave past, not quite the year waiting.
No disabled rights, as I was forced here or be on the street, said Sarah. I am on the street as my belongings are getting damaged. No equal opportunities.
No action means, they all get paid while my 16 disabled health issues get worse. Last hovel saturated in lead Dr wanted to give me an asthma pump, for the first time. My chest feel so high consuming the damp, the rust, the mould and Gp works with enfield council and tells me me, he cannot help with housing. The Gp links with Enfield and then wants to see me. 5 yrs of neglect in Central Scammy Housing Group who lie to get paid. Possession Of Property less that 10 days time. As caseworker I have not seen and don't know what she looks like tells me what broadband service, as they often break into my home, before the Ring door bell. As next door has the same landlord as the derelict freezing hovel, told me, my 2010 complaint was not given to the right person, tally with Joanna to bribe me over the phone, as I am alone now, so they all feel to abuse me like 2010. What does a caseworker, paid to lie, paid to pretend, paid to lose their souls and NEVER help the disabled vulnerable isolated tenant. Albert Einstein doing the same things and expecting a new result, leads to Central Housing Group and Enfield Insanity. I watch, observe and learn from them. Hope I do not get CANCER, for the distress my body is facing, size 18, now size 10. God does not sleep and judgment day is for us all, based on our lives and others
I am not a professional landlord but, I have always felt comfortable dealing with Central Housing. They will work with you on any issues and give advice if required. I would strongly recommend them .
