Bought a 8k Samsung TV from Big screen store in Westminster. Bought the extended warranty from them that was provided by centricity. Have an issue with my screen and some physical wear and tear places a claim last Monday, they asked for pictures which I provided in a timely matter. company has been unresponsive to emails since and you can barely understand them on the phone. Reference number I was given AW42953-PUA49.
Update finally got someone out to the house after 2 weeks, they took my TV and now I'm in limbo waiting to here from company on how they are replace tv, repair man said was not fixable since it was outdated

This company communication is horrible I spoke to someone friday and ask for a buy since I didn't not want anything Samsung TV from store I bought at. They said they call Monday with a decision, here it's Wednesday no communication but I have a sales guy asking when I want an outdated 2024 model deliveried to my house. The 900d was a 2024 model it's 2025 should have been the 900f or higher. Only time this company answers you is if I write an update on this review.

Called to get a service appointment for a LG washer/dryer. They asked what was wrong, I told them. My 5 yr contract expires in 6 mos. First call 8/2025, I have to provide Video of the problem in a email and then they will decide if the service call is justified. I paid over a $1000 for 5 appliance service contracts, and I have to jump through hoops to get a service provider to come out the first time on one appliance.

We have a 3 year old Asko dishwasher that has broken down multiple times. Due to Centricity's procedures, the appliance has been inoperative for over a month after 3 visits (so far) from the vendor's service technician and while this may not be the most serious issue in life, Centricity has not gone out of its way to remedy the situation and this is very frustrating.

We are going on more than 40 days without a refrigerator. We are getting the same run around when we’re told to call back every three days. The worst!

Refrigerator stopped working June 9th. This is July 30th - no resolution! 8 full weeks without a refrigerator. Centricity sub-contracts to National Service Alliance in Salt Lake City, to send someone to assess your problem. NSA has to find repair techs who are willing to come to my home and assess. First tech never sent NSA a report. Took 2 weeks to find a different repair tech. His information was not complete on first report, my dealer also had to send separate information in. You can not get a direct phone line to anyone. You call the main number, a different person answers every time, has to read the notes on your previous calls, and then escalate to someone else. They usually use email which can take 2 days just to go to anyone. And then another 2 days for a response through their system. So EVERY communication takes 4 days minimum to go out and get a reply. This company is horrible!! They talk nice but you can't get to anyone with knowledge and authority. No results - no resolution. Do not buy a Warranty from them, and do not buy from an appliance store who uses them.

It has been 16 days since I filed my claim for our broken refrigerator. At first I was told that it would take 2-3 business days for Centricity to determine whether my refrigerator would be repaired or replaced. After 3 days, I was told that I was misinformed, and it would take 7-10 business days. After 10 business days I was told that the claims department still had not made a determination, and it would be another 2-3 business days. I need a working refrigerator for our family of 4.

Washer stop working on 4 July. Called Centricity and they were coming to send someone that does not cover the are where I am at. Then the contacted another company. They came and said they have to get approval from Centricity. Follow up to find out that nothing was reported. Called again they said it was going to be escalated. Today Centricity was no status or the repair company.
It will take 3 days to get back to me. Sorry does not cut it. The claim is in the system FL

Buyer beware. It took them almost a month to finally agree to replace a $500.50 window unit. I called wvery day and got the same run around. Finally contacted the company on themain website and the claim was approved. Meanwhile an 80 plus year old was without ac in upper 90 degree heat with heat indexes in the triple digits. She had to leave her home. We finally reached out and were ready to file in small claims court for replacement plus cost of alternate housing. Uncalled for. The customer service people in the claims dept. Do not speak great english. Several were quite rude. They all have the same run around answers. They had a determination from the company that the unit was not repairable within 2 days of my filing the claim and it still took almost a month.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It took 2 months to get a dishwasher repaired under their service. Every time I called, which was often because nothing was getting done, they said they would call me back...and never did. They tried putting the blame on the technician, but he had filed properly. This was frustratingly difficult to deal with.
At one point the person on the phone told me to flip the breaker and try again... FOR A LEAKING PUMP! HOW REDICULOUS.

You don't respond.You say you do, but you don't. You tell me you are my extended warranty for a refridgerator I purchased from B&B Appliance. All I want is a copy of the extended warranty. If I ever need service, I don't have a clue how to contact you. This is the WORST site I have ever seen. Your AI doesn't let anything thru or something....your service SUCKS!! After waiting a month for a response from Centricity on how to proceed with the malfunctioning refrigerator. I finally got a response, it was still under warranty with GE appliances. What a farce, this could have been remedied on week 1. This is beyond inconvenient. While I used a cooler to keep my items cool, I waited patiently, as I was asked to do by Centricity only to be told they couldn't do anything. Here I sit a month and a half without a refrigerator.
***GE Appliances has finally found a service repair person. He is located an hour and a half away. Not sure how much longer this will take to repair a fridge. I am deeply disappointed in Centricity. Especially since they were so good about having to repair a brand new dishwasher. That experience was wonderful - I hope they get back on track.
