Lovely flowers for a memorial bowl
This is the second time that I've bought ceramic flowers to add to my parents memorial bowl at the crematorium.
They are well made and a great alternative to plastic flowers which I'm not keen on .
The first ones survived the harsh winter weather of the Pennines which is why I decided to buy more.
They sent me 2 white lilies instead of 2 white daffodils as part of the order, but replaced these quickly once I notified them. Delivery with DPD was fast.
My biggest criticism is the large size of the box that they were sent in, which needed extra packaging to fill the space. My suggestion would be to use a ' letterbox flowers' style of box which may reduce delivery costs too.

Feedback on packaging too is great. Its a hard balancing act between enough packaging to ensure they arrive unscathed and also ordering box sizes to fit the array of orders/.products we sell but the main point of the product arriving in one piece and you being happy is the most important, so thank you again.

1st Class Product and Service
Ordered x5 large poppies. They arrived super quick, but unfortunately a couple were damaged and some glaze issues too. Contacted Darren and he was brilliant. Replacements were despatched super quick. Love them 😍 Amazing customer service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩
