I am pleased to share our outstanding service

I am pleased to share our outstanding experience with Lexus of Cerritos, which has proven to be the best car leasing experience I have ever encountered. We were in the process of leasing a vehicle for my aunt, who had faced numerous challenges with various auto brokers. Frustrated by the situation, we sought the assistance of a mutual family friend with over 15 years of experience in the industry. He highly recommended Elmeera Raeisi, describing her as someone he considers almost like his sister.

From the moment we spoke with Elmeera, it was clear that we were in capable hands. Her professionalism and expertise were evident throughout our interaction. She not only provided us with exceptional service but also secured a price that surpassed all competitors. Thanks to her efforts, we successfully leased a 2025 Lexus ES Hybrid.

Although we did not have the opportunity to meet Elmeera in person during the paperwork signing, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for her invaluable assistance and guidance. Her dedication and commitment to her clients truly set her apart, and I believe she deserves recognition for her outstanding work.

Overall, our experience was exceptional, and I would rate the service a perfect 10 out of 10. I highly recommend Lexus of Cerritos and, specifically, Elmeera Raeisi to anyone in need of a vehicle lease. I have already referred five individuals to her, and I am confident that she will continue to excel in her role.

Disprespectful Sales Manager at Lexus of Cerritos

On November 6, 2024, I purchased a certified pre-owned 2024 RX 359 from this dealership. The car was first registered in April of 2024 according to the license plate tag. After the purchase, the salesman, Raid Bakineh came with only one key fob. When asked for the second fob he said Lexus has a short supply of chips and it will take two to three months for the second fob. He said they would send out the email once the key fob arrived. It’s been more than three months since I purchased this car but 10 months since they first sold it. Today, I was at the dealership for the service. At that time I spoke with a sales manager named Walid. He said it is not up to them it is up to Lexus. When I told him it had been ten months but response was the same and with a car salesman attitude. Looked like he did not care at all. I did not expect this type of attitude from a Lexus dealership. If I had known about the key fob before the purchase I would have gone somewhere else or had them compensate for the fob so I would purchase it from outside.

I will not recommend this place to my friends or family members. I will not purchase my next car from this dealership.

When buying used it's different....

I bought a non-Lexus used vehicle from Lexus of Cerritos and had an amazing experience. However after I bought the vehicle I realized there was a problem with it that needed to be taken care of. The service center was confused as it wasn't a Lexus. So they kinda dropped the ball. But one of the Used Car Sales Managers got involved and is taking care of it like a pro. So if you don't have a Lexus that you bought from them then don't expect their service department to be very good at their job. From what I can tell they handle all the Lexus cars with great care.

Zero Customer Service

I bought my car new at this dealership along with a service package. During the life of the service package, two of my service managers left the company. At one point, I asked to have a "sticky" radio button repaired. I was told repeatedly that no radio buttons were sticking. When the service package expired, I took my car to a reputable abnd highly recommended independent shop. I was told that the oil filter housing cap had been overtightened to the point that it needed to be broken, the wheel lock key was missing, and the locking lug nuts needed to be broken due to the lack of a wheel lock key. When I tried to contact the dealership, I didn't receive return phone calls. I ultimately contacted Lexus of North America. I was told that the dealerships are individually owner, but I wasn't given the name of the owner. Instead, I was only given the name of the general manager. He did not respond to a letter that I sent directly to him. When I made one final attempt to call the dealership, I was passed to the service manager who said, unequivocally, that they did nothing wrong and that he is certain of that because they never over tighten oil filter caps and that they never misplace wheel lock keys. He refused to make any attempt to resolve the situation. For a luxury car company, this is extremely poor customer service. Put simply, they really don't care. Please choose a different dealership. By the way, for those of you who like this dealership because of the beverages and snacks, please remember that you are paying for them.
