I climb on top of the sink, and the "Cersanit" sink didn't break so I would say that the sink can hold 42 kg heavy person without breaking, its very cool, keep going selling your sinks that are just as durable ☺️

I had a Cersanit toilet installed. Over time the seat hinges deteriorated. Unable to get any toilet seat to fit the toilet (because of the extra long screws at the back) I tried to get a replacement Cersanit seat. The only available distributor in Europe, in the UK while being very helpful quoted me a price of 147 euros to send it to Ireland. The seat costs 55 euros !
Cersanit do not provide an alternative.
Tragedy. Two months ago I ordered a bathtub with a bathtub enclosure. However, the casing for the weighing was scratched and I filed a complaint, after two weeks the second tub casing arrived, also scratched, I complained about it again. The third time the tub casing arrived scratched. The fourth time a black foil appeared on the arch of the casing, which I thought was supposed to protect this piece of surface from scratches. It turned out that the bathtub reconstruction is cracked in two places and the foil was supposed to hide it. The item arrived well packed and mounted on a wooden frame, therefore there was no damage such as scratches and cracks could not have arisen in transport, someone packed the damaged item every time I complained about it. The third party company I bought the bathtub from is offering me a refund and I have been left with a bathtub without a side panel for over two months. Cersanit used to be TOP, but from what I hear and from my own experience, those times have already passed. Placing an order with them is a shot in the knee.
Absolute fantastic company that go above and beyond. I enquired about a part that I couldn't find online. The customer care team organised one to be delivered. I also asked for some advice with regards to the plumbing of one of their sinks and they got back to me within the hour. Thank you so much - what a great team!
I wrote them as a last effort after being unable to find a replacement for the button for flushing.
In my mail, I asked them for a reseller where I live so that I could buy the button from there.
They asked me for pictures of my toilet, and since they did not have a replacement for the button I had that broke they instead offered to send me a replacement universal valve with a button for free.
Now, one week later, I got the replacement valve, and it fits like a glove and works like a charm.
Since I did not see any reviews for them, the least I could do was to make the first one after such a great experience.
